Showed up early and immediately diagnosed and fixed our A/C. Very professional.
Texted at 1800 (600))pm) arrived within 30 minutes. 1945 all back up and running. Capacitor, out side unit motor and a pound of gas..20 + year old unit. Nothing but good things to say about Hardins Heat and Air.

Our A/C wasn’t blowing air although unit and compressor were running. Turned out our line and compressor were frozen. Technician was dispatched within a couple of hours on a Sunday and Fathers Day! Line had to thaw before a diagnosis could be made, so he was back out this morning. Very professional, friendly and efficient.

Hardin Heat And Air is Johnny on the spot. What a fabulous service, I called them in the morning, they were here by 1 PM. Bobby had my AC unit cooling once again in about 45 minutes. This fine Christian business is awesome! I recommend them to anybody.

Bobby was very helpful! He talked to me about what was going on with my system, walked me through what could be causing my problems, went above and beyond with explaining ways to remedy and what might need replacing. I called on Saturday and I was told service call prices upfront for regular and after hours. I made the appointment for Tuesday between 9am- 11am and Bobby was at my door by 9:30am. Very impressed and will be using them for all future HVAC needs. Thanks guys!

Nick was great. He came to do a maintenance service and found that the capacitor was working at about 50%, so we had that replaced as well. He was honest, explained everything, and got the work done in a timely manner. This was our third time using Hardin, who put in our new system just prior to us buying the house. Each time we've had a different tech, and each service has been excellent. Highly recommend them!
I have used Hardin's for years for residential and commercial use and have never had an experience that was less than great. Their techs are knowledgeable, timely, trustworthy and great at explaining any HVAC issues. My most recent service was replacing an old condenser unit and furnace in my home. They had the new units, plenum, ductwork and new smart thermostat installed in just a few hours. It's been about a month and the new equipment has made a massive difference to our 2nd floor temps.

They installed the heating system last winter, something went amiss with the wiring to the air this summer, the technician, Jason Holt came out the same day diagnosed the issue, made the repair, checked the system and did not charge even the service charge. They were fantastic this winter (2 days before Christmas) with the installation of the heating system which was also the most affordable system (I got three different quotes) and they were fantastic today!! Jason was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. We wanted to thank him and the entire crew that have assisted us each time with our HVAC needs. Hardin’s Heating and Air is company that we would highly recommend!! Thank you to the entire crew!!
