Harden hvac never showed up for 2 consecutive scheduled appts after agreeing to come at a specific day/time. No advanced notice of not showing up. In my opinion, very unprofessional and not customer friendly. I will never call/recommend this company to anyone.

Last year I hired harden to install 3 new ac units. Initial experience was positive. This year when I went to turn on the ac one of the units wouldn't work. I reached out three weeks ago for them to come out. I'm told I'm too busy or they promise to come out but never show. I would not recommend doing business with this company.
