Texted Justin on a Sunday and he responded right away! He had 16 other appointments scheduled, yet he still managed to fit me in by noon the next day. My mom and most of her realtor friends use Happy Air and absolutely love Justin!! Very prompt and professional! Thanks Happy Air!
Happy Air is quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable and honest. They gave us several different options when our a/c unit went out and were not pushy. We ultimately had to purchase a new unit to replace the old one. The installation was completed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend Justin and his team.
Hired Happy Air to do an HVAC inspection on Friday, June 16th. Time was of the essence for this inspection as we are in a real estate transaction and are bound by the terms of the contract. Happy Air assured us they would be able to have the report to us same day. As of Monday, June 19th we still have not received the report and they have now told us they had a system failure and have lost all findings of our initial inspection. To top it off, they now can not do the new inspection for another 4 days. When asked if the could make this right and try and squeeze us in, Ashley told me they were booked and would not be willing to make that happen. I am beyond disappointed with the service and professionalism displayed by this company and their employee. I certainly understand things happen, but in my opinion, they should go above and beyond to make this situation right. It is by no fault of my clients that they had a system failure and lost the report. The fact that Ashley said to me when I asked if she could push other appointments back to be able to make the necessary arrangements to redo our Friday inspection she said “that will not happen”! In addition, they did not even reach out and let us know there was even a problem with the system or report. We had to call to find out. A ridiculous and unprofessional response. I've found Happy Air to be about the most honest and cost effective HVAC contractor in the area - they have installed 3 systems at homes where we've lived. I received a notification on my thermostat there might be an issue with my heating system. I called up Happy Air and they had someone at my home for an inspection within 12 hours. They did a full test on the systems and determined I needed new furnaces. Justin discussed multiple ways to fix our issues from short-term to long-term to ensure my family was prepared for the incoming freeze while also thinking about my available budget. He and his team were able to complete the repair in just one day with exceptional service. I highly recommend Justin and Happy Air to anyone needing HVAC work done. Thank you Justin!

Honest company with great leadership!
My Air conditioning went out in the middle of the heat wave, I got several companies to give me quotes and headaches for just trying to replace my A/C. Justin from Happy air was amazing so was his crew he took concern of me being without A/C for 4 days in 100 degree temperature. He was able to get my air conditioning replaced and going super fast even though he was super busy. I would totally recommend him to everyone. He even follow up on my unit and made sure everything was going well . Excellent company!!

Justin and his crew are true professionals and so knowledgeable! He has taken care of both my home and business HVAC systems. I have had trouble in the past with a bad install and Justin was the only one to find the problems and get my system running again properly. After I purchased new system from another company my electric bill tripled! I asked for them to come several time for there had to be some reason. Although nice the people sent were not knowledgeable enough to listen and perhaps research. Also had power company out to check everything. Finally my husband was given a referral to Happy Air with guarantee they could find the problem. He came right away found the problem immediately and now my electric bill is lower than ever. I am more than HAPPY with HAPPY AIR!

My 84 year old father's A/C was not cooling. When we called, Justin was wonderful! My father felt comfortable and confident with their determination...to change out both furnace and condenser. (On 17 year old units with outdated freon.) The price was fair and the service was first class. None of the workers ever knew ...I did A/C work myself when in college. Everything was clean and professional!!
I am very thankful that Mitch from Happy Air was able to come and fix the drainage of my AC unit and also do the maintenance. He did an excellent, detailed job. Above and beyond! They will answer any questions they can over the phone to help resolve your problems. And once an appointment is made they will be there and get your problems resolved with no doubt.
