Hansen installed a new a/c unit in my home a few days ago. The company and their staff are professional and friendly. The technicians are knowledgeable, the service call rate is reasonable. I've used this company in the past at my old residence, and decided to use them at my current residence. If you are looking for a great HVAC company I recommend Hansen quality work.
Thorough inspection
Called to get a window unit cleaned as their ad said they provided this service, but they don't. Need to change their advertising 😕

I have not used Hansen as of yet! We have a very old unit and I have been looking for a good company to install a Trane unit when this one kicks off. I read all the comments and remarks of former customers. Amazingly! I have seen such positive reviews! It's kind of a no-brainer at this point! Update:: Finally called Hansen yesterday, November 13, 2018 and they sent out Mr. Russell and it turns out my thermostat was bad. He replaced it quickly and had warm air going on in no time flat!! He was well-spoken, informative, and focused. I am so happy with the service and would call them again tomorrow if needs be!! Thanks Hansen!!

I thought this company was last one serviced. My unit just spoke w/ man I bought my house from after 4 yrs of. Every one and anyone working on unit it's finally fixed. Yes No doubt I would LOVE to go to the game, however I'm glad I have this opportunity to personally Thank this company. No more sleeping in 80 degree house..
