Horrible scheduling practices. Atleast give me a “morning afternoon or night” time frame. Nothing is just ridiculous. On the ruder side for service tech. Problematic explanation of work scope. Overpriced. Will find a different electrician for next time.
They said they couldn't service our system because it was beyond repair and needed a new compressor, new coils, it was the wrong unit for our house, our ducts were bad , etc We sought a second opinion and did not have to buy a whole new HVAC system. We saved ourselves $13,000 by having an honest company give us a second opinion Very disappointed with Hansen Air Pro.

Hansen previously installed new duct work and new inside and outside ac units. I'm now going through Hansen plumbing for pipe/water line repair and a new hot water heater. Thay are fast, friendly and efficient... with awesome warranties on the products they install. The guys that come out are skilled and explain every step of the process so I know what I'm getting for my money. I will only use Hansen Services!

I came home from work to a very warm house. I called the number I have on my refrigerator magnet for this business. I spoke with the dispatcher who was very friendly and she let me know when their tech would be arriving. Mason, the tech arrived right when she said. He was very professional and did a fantastic job. He did a thorough check of the system, replacing the broken part and made sure that the system was operating correctly before he left. I give this company 5 stars out of 5. Mason, their tech, is an awesome repair person. I highly recommend!!

The crew that came out were awesome. They ran all new duct work and installed a new A/C system. They cleaned up after the job and the install was perfect.
System only blowing heat, repair reprogrammed the thermostat and it works great! Great job Dylan!
