Contacted Hanes on a Friday for a boiler that wasn't heating properly. I was going to be a youtube mechanic but figured it would be wiser to contact Hanes. So glad I did. They were in our house and unit was fixed by Tuesday, and it wasn't what I thought it would have been! I would definitely recommend Hanes to anyone in their local service area.
I have used Hanes Mechanical for several projects including 2 system replacements and installing mini- splits in my current home. I am always impressed with their work and customer service. I highly reccommend them for your next project.
Don Hanes and his expert team took what looked like an impossible situation (a 100 year old chapel) and flipped it around by taking out the oil furnace, the oil tank, and converting an antiquated system into a state of the art natural gas/central air climate control system! The excellence of the system is one thing but the kindness and generosity of this highly skilled man and his team will make any great company out there look mediocre. I highly recommend Hanes Mechanical for all of your heating air conditioning and climate control needs.
Hanes Mechanical was top notch! We needed a new A/C installed during a heat wave. They called ahead to schedule our installation. They were on time and right to work. Very courteous and professional. They are very competitive in price for the level of service they provide. The system that was installed is very efficient and has cooled my house perfectly. They took the time to show me how the new thermostat and system worked. They even called that evening to make sure everything was working properly. My husband and I highly recommend this company!! If we need any other heating or A/C services we will definitely call them again. Great work guys! Thank you!

Don and his crew did an amazing job installing central ac. I had two other companies out to give estimates. One said it couldn’t be done. Other said it could be done but very expensive. Don came out. Came up with an awesome plan. Completed it in 2 days. And all well within my price range. I highly recommend Hanes Mechanical for any of your mechanical needs.
The company was highly recommended to me by a Nextdoor neighbor website. I had a fairly urgent need with the heater suddenly not working. After my own troubleshooting the issues, I still had no idea why it was completely out of commission. Don, the owner, was very quick to reply. He was honest and forthcoming: you could tell he takes pride in his business. The issue with the heater was not easy to diagnose even after Don ran several tests. He had to make a 2nd trip to finally solve the problem. Thanks to his persistence and a diligent work, my heater has been running with no issues. Definitely would be the guy to call with any problems!
Installed new heating cooling system and is working well and efficiently. Curtious installers were informative and punctual. I have recommended Hanes to other potential customers.
Hanes Mechanical should be your ON-CALL HVAC CONTACT for any and all heating and air conditioning needs! The owner is always available to answer my questions from minor to major concerns. He is extremely detail oriented and has a crew that is trustworthy, skilled, punctual and CLEAN! As a realtor, not only have I needed estimates for installs for my clients and for diagnosing inefficiency during home inspections, but I also use them for my own home system maintenance. The owner does all his own service calls and makes himself available for emergency scenarios. Look no further because you've already found THE BEST! My A/C went out on Sunday during 100 degree weather. I looked for a local company and found Hanes. Don was prompt, efficient and helpful. He did not bullcrap and was very informative along the way. I could not recommend him enough. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Don.

Hans mechanical did an amazing job installing central air in my home. I felt there pricing was extremely fair, they explained everything to me clearly on what needed to be done and addressed all my concerns and questions. When the day came to do the install there crew worked efficiently, and professionally and the quality of work was truly outstanding, even after the work was completed they called me later that night to ask if i had any concerns or question. From start to finish they made this process extremely easy and convenient making this an overly pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this company for anything hvac related.
These guys are very honest! I called with what I thought was a problem with my AC system after changing my filter, and in 2 minutes they were able to explain to me that there was really nothing wrong with my air conditioner and it would turn itself back on after a timer delay. They could have taken me for a ride, but they were honest instead.
Hanes was fast, polite and efficient. Saved us from melting in the heat!!! They were able to quickly identify the problem and had the needed parts with them on the truck! Thanks!
A big shout-out to Hanes mechanical. My furnace quit working. He returned my call promptly. I called 2 other local companies neither one returned my call. So from now on I will only have to make one phone call. Thank you Hanes Mechanical. I would definitely highly recommend them to all my friends!!!!

I woke up at 4am this morning to my house at 60 degrees. I tried my previous HVAC guy and got no response. So I found Hanes Mechanical thru a google search and left a message. Don texted me within 5 minutes and told me he could be here by 8:30. He was very professional, showed me how my heat exchange system worked and explained what was happening. He got me fixed up in a half an hour and by noon my house was up to 69! So grateful for the quick response and for taking time to explain everything! I definitely recommend his company and will use them as my new HVAC!!
New Year's Day with single digit wind chills is not a good time for a four year old furnace to stop running. We called Hanes Mechanical and Don was at our door within the hour. He quickly identified the problem and got it up and running again. We highly recommend him and will be using Hanes yearly to maintain / service when needed.
I called because the heat was not working in our new home. Don was helpful and professional. He identified and fixed the problem, was super helpful in working around my schedule, and was more than fair in charging me for his time. I'll be calling Hanes Mechanical again if we have HVAC issues.
