My wife and I can’t praise these guys enough. We’ve wanted AC for several years now, but the process seemed daunting. We received a quote from Hale’s and it was a no brainer. As the summers in Washington appear to be getting warmer every year, we decided to finally pull the trigger. We called on a Thursday and had a brand new AC and furnace installed the following Monday. We truly couldn’t be happier. Give Hales Heating and Air Conditioning a call, they will treat you like family!
Selected Hales, as they were local to my area. I'm glad I did. I called expecting to have a major repair and huge bill. They arrived that day, and on time. At the end of it, it was a single part and less than $300! Still, they treated me like I paid thousands. I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
I can not thank this company enough. Truly life savers. After having our furnace replaced and ac installed by Brennan’s the 27th and then stopped working the 29th they gave us the run around by not answering their phones and no responses to fix it. It’s 100 degrees outside and it was becoming unsafe for our 16 month old child and 3 large dogs. My husband came across Hales. The operator was amazing bending over backwards to get us squeezed in with a tech. The tech was at our house within 20 mins, issue diagnosed in 5 and resolved the issues CAUSED by Brennan’s in 15! I can not sing their praises loud enough. They will forever have our business! Sincerely a very appreciative veteran family.
