My HVAC quit working on a holiday weekend, I was doomed. I called Hale’s and they were at my home in 45 minutes and I was up and running in no time! Polite office staff and a wonderful service technician. They have a fantastic team all around. 10/10 would recommend.
This is a great company. I have been using them since 2019 when my HVAC system broke. They are always quick to respond even after hours. I highly recommend them.
Was scheduled as a quick summer service call, but tech realized there were other issues with unit. He worked on fix for three hours and kept me informed of work entire time. He was almost apologetic needed to bill me additional fee which I was happy to pay as can tell unit working so much better. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience from start to finish with Hales! Chelsea, the office manager, was super helpful and very responsive. My technician went above and beyond at explaining things and did a really good job. Would highly recommend this family owned business who treats you like family!

Fantastic team. I’ve been using Hales heating and cooling for a number of years now and feel relieved knowing I’m getting quality service from a reliable company who backs up their products and services. If there’s an problem, they fix it right, the first time. As a residential and commercial contractor, I’ve seen many of HVAC companies over the years, I would suggest Hales Heating and cooling for my family and friends first and foremost without hesitation every single time.
Called Trey this afternoon and Bill, one of the techs came an hour after I talked to him. Will use again 100%!!
Trey and his team are wonderful. Each time I have called he has sent someone out to check out our unit. I highly recommend them!!!!

Great service, fair pricing, the best HVAC company that's ever been to my house. Trey is upfront about everything and makes sure you're satisfied. The technicians know their stuff and are friendly, competent, and not pushy about selling new systems. I've had trouble with my HVAC system since I moved into my home a year ago and Hale's has been out half a dozen times doing repairs to keep my old system running, where the big company I called first didn't even attempt repair and immediately wanted to sell me an expensive replacement. Now that I've finally had a replacement done by Hale's, I am completely satisfied with the price, quality of work, and my new HVAC system.

Highly recommend Trey & his team at Hale's Heating & Cooling! We had an emergency situation one afternoon and we called Trey directly and he was at our house within the hour and resolved our issue. Pricing was great and he was very professional! Thanks for taking care of us.
