They are reliable, affordable, and very professional
Have done business with this company for 20 years. Started when it was Southwest AC. Always prompt, and courteous. Never try to sell me something I don't need. Service people are always respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!
Absolutely the best. Chad was very professional and personable. Every time services are needed my client Judie requests Chad.
Used Hal Mechanical for 8 years. Had an annual service contract with them for most of that time. All I can say is they are terrific. Chad, the tech who most often came to our house, was great. The company is reliable, trustworthy, on time, a pleasure to work with, and charges a very fair price. When they recommended a repair or replacement of a part, I always felt it was fully justified, and to the benefit of our two HVAC systems. I can unqualifiedly recommend the company and particularly Chad to anyone.
When our AC went out, Chad from HAL was here within an hour. Pam, in the office, located a new unit and had it delivered and installed faster than I would have ever dreamed possible! Thank you HAL !!!!

Hal mechanical inc saved my day not only with my ac with my stress level as well ! They were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable, fast, punctual and efficient! And I feel the price was completely reasonable especially for the service ! Thank you again Hal mechanical inc !

I am a contracted Preferred customer. I was told that they provide 24 hour service. In addition, I paid to have my system checked by them six weeks ago and they claimed everything was working fine. My heating went out on a Wednesday and their switchboard has been closed for four days. There is no way to reach them. Since I was without heat for four days, I was forced to call another company. This company responded within one hour and my system was repaired. I was told that the malfunctioning part should have been routinely checked by Gal Mechanical and its deterioration would have been shown on the heating control board. As a result, I had to pay a premium because I was not under this company’s contract but it was better than living with a broken heating system. Hal Mechanical does not have 24 hour emergency repair nor do they even respond to any emergency phone messages, emails or texting. This is false advertising!! I paid for a service that they do not even provide.
I’ve always had a good experience with Southwest A/C (now HAL Mechanical) especially with the representative (Chad ) who calls on us for our seasonal contracted check-ups. Great guy.
