Years of excellence and great service received from this company!
The A/C stopped working during the hottest week of the year. Called hoping they could get to me fairly soon. A/C was fixed within a few hours. Melvin was a total professional, and showed up on time. Great experience

The team came at 11am when the appointment was 1pm to 3. Luckily I was ready. The men were polite and knew their jobs. I can't opine on the effectiveness of the new dryer duct now. It will be a year before evaluating effectiveness. But I can attest that the men were professional and the ducts look good.

I run a rental housing business. We strive in quality customer service. When a tenant reports an a/c issue, it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. I have called on many occasions and the tenant’s A/C has been repaired the same day. The tenants appreciate that and so do I.

Awesome experience with Mike of Hagerman Services! He installed my mini-splits nine years ago, and he services them regularly. Mike is super responsive, happy to answer my questions, and always a pleasure to deal with. He also helped my daughter get her system running at the lowest possible price. He cares about people, and knows his stuff regarding AC systems!

We use the yearly maintenance service for A/C in the spring and heater in the fall. It’s affordable and reliable. They even came back to bring me a new A/C filter. Highly recommend
