Had Drew and his team install a ductless HVAC in our converted garage. It was such an easy process and the guys couldn’t have been nicer. Not saying this will be the same for everyone, but the guys came the same day I reached out and I had a quote that evening. Work was done the following week. Communication was consistently good the entire time. Would recommend to anyone.
Whenever we’ve had an issue with our heating and air conditioning, I’ve called Drew Hackney and he’s always given us quick and excellent service. He has always been able to give us same day service when we need it, and he is totally helpful and patient explaining how things work!
We had our HVAC unit replaced by Hackney a few years ago, and they have been back several times to perform maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about this business. They are responsive, pleasant and easy to deal with, and thoroughly professional. I have asthma, and when our HVAC stopped working at a time when air quality was poor due to wildfires, Drew moved mountains to find the part and get it installed within a day because he knew how important it was for my health to have our HVAC running. I recommend Hackney highly!

This is the worst company and their services are awful. Drew is very rude. They installed a HVAC at my office building that is defective. Save yourself the trouble and use another HVAC company.
I am compelled to add my rating for Hackney, given the current average 3 star rating here. It's MUCH TOO LOW a rating for this excellent company! Hackney installed air conditioning for us last summer. I can't say enough about their professionalism and expertise - a five star rating is not enough for Hackney. Drew had done his homework before his prompt arrival for our appointment, having sized our a/c needs based on our home's size and style. Since this was the first time our 60+ year old house would have a/c, he explained everything we needed to know, from the correct direction of our vents to the how and why he had sized our a/c unit. He worked with us to find a location outside for the compressor; he relocated our thermostat from its original place in the living room (by the heat-generating tv) to a hallway where it would most accurately measure the overall temperature of the house; he provided a high quality, remotely programmable thermostat with which my husband is very happy. The installers arrived promptly, were every bit as professional as Drew, did an excellent installation including the new electrical wiring that was required to power the a/c, and thoroughly cleaned up every bit of installation debris, both inside and outside the house. We are so happy with this company that they are now our go-to HVAC company. They do our annual furnace and a/c inspections/ maintenance and we are confident that both have excellent care. I recommended Hackney to a friend for her new a/c, and she is also very happy with them.

I scheduled several appointments to get the best offer. Hackney Inc, was the first company to arrive, which meant they would get the brunt of my questions. Drew phoned and said he would be 45 minutes late. Upon his arrived he apologized for any inconvenience he may have caused. Drew was friendly, patient, knowledgeable and professional. Each question I asked was answered both verbally and visually explained. He took pictures of all problems associated with my system and said that they would also bring the new system up to code. He stated what he would do, how it would be performed and when the job would start and end. The crew he sent out were prompt, neat and friendly. Fours days after the installation, Drew contacted me to ensure that the system was work as he had promised. DREW HACKNEY INC. did an OUTSTANDING job!
