Wonderful experience with H2 Mechanical Services. Needed emergency work done on HVAC system and they were able to get out to my house even though they were already booked up for the day and squeezed in my repairs between stops to help get the system back up and running in short order. Now relying on them to help keep the system running. Charles was polite, professional, and very informative throughout the process.

Thanks to Rick from H2 Mechanical Services my family had a good cool night of sleep after 3 days of the house being 80°. When you have AC issues you want to be able to have someone to call that can fix it and will be knowledgeable and honest. Rick was both of those things and more! He explained things as he was diagnosing it to help me understand better why it wasn't working. He was very patient with my questions. He was able to fix the issue and did so with quality work. I would recommend Rick at H2 Mechanical to anyone in need of AC repair for a reasonable price, good service, and a kind personality that makes you feel at ease even with the issues going on.
Ryan and Rick have helped me on many occasions. Each and every time they are fast and go above and beyond to help. I have purchased a new AC from them and they have always been on top of any service or repairs I need. Highly recommend you give them a shot!
We have had issues with our upstairs AC for 3 summers. We called other companies who told us everything from expensive repairs to no repairs were needed. The most recent visit left us with the unit blowing hot air within 2 hours and temps above 90. We called and were told they couldn't come back for a week! We called H2 the following morning and Ryan was in our home that afternoon! He listened to what our original issue was, found that there was a broken wire causing the hot air. Then he found the root cause, he explained everything, gave options, was very reasonably priced. It was a bonus to use a local Melissa business. We highly recommend H2 Mechanical Services!
We asked H2 Mechanical Services to come out on 7/5/22. They made an appointment for us on 7/6/22 at 1300. They arrived at 1358. They quoted us 85$ for a service fee for them to come out. He billed my wife 139$ for the service fee and "Cleaning of the Condenser Coils". Upon inspection, the condenser coils had not been cleaned at all. I attempted to reason with the man, that he did not clean them, and I wanted the $46.99 returned that he charged us for the cleaning. He told me no, and that "They didnt look like that after he cleaned them". I would recommend that you look elsewhere for HVAC. Unfortunately, this company on the experience that we had, embodies the feeling that they aren't performing what you are paying for.
I got 4 estimates in the Melissa area and Ryan at H2 came in the lowest. But that's not the only reason I went with him, it was just a nice bonus. I had a good vibe from Ryan when I met him. He was the only one of the four to ask several questions about my current setup before he set foot on the property. He got me a prompt estimate the same day and within a couple of days It was done. The install crew were professional and courteous and very mindful of minimal disruption to our day. They laid a runner down on the floor where they were walking in and out of my office. Attention to detail, the little things matter. I had removed my hose reel and disconnected the hose to get it out of the way of the compressor. Before they left they had it hooked back up. A very positive all around experience.
RICK IS THE BEST!!!!!! Cannot thank him enough for his excellent work on the AC unit today. Very professional, super quick, very knowledgeable and did an amazing job! I can finally cool down in my house thanks to him. 10/10 would recommend Ricks services to anyone in need. Will be referring all of my clients and neighbors to him from now on.

Lazy. Worst contractor I’ve ever dealt with. $25,000 job and I’ve got a drain line terminating in the ceiling (it didn't come loose, it was never connected in the first place and I have video evidence of it), leading to soaking wet studs and drywall and fortunately not a caved in ceiling. Unbelievable. I went MONTHS without heat this winter because they couldn’t be bothered to get out and install things despite being paid half up front. I really trusted that I was going to get good work based on all the 5 star reviews, but unfortunately I’m out significant amounts of time and money thanks to these guys. They took on way bigger of a job than they could handle, got greedy, spent the money and then when push came to shove, panicked and left me with a half-finished solution that I have to hire someone else to fix and have the city come out and get involved.

Ryan is THE BEST! He was super responsive when we called a few weeks ago and he fit us in same day.. then when the same issue occurred recently, he was again here SAME DAY to make sure it was right.. 5-star service for sure!

I contacted H2 when I was having troubles with my thermostat and when we determined that the thermostat was broken, they helped me out by putting in a new digital one that could be setup with a schedule to help moderate our energy usage.
