We had a wedding planned at our home and our entire system went out just days before the event. We almost had to move the entire wedding last minute. Bill came out and was not only able to get us some temperature relief temperarly, but also got us an entire new heating and air system before the wedding. They literally saved our most important day. They were friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I'd give them ten stars if I could. Look nowhere else. This is your non stop shop for heating and air. Thanks again for saving the day!
Called on a super hot day when our air was out and they came out within a few hours! Quickly diagnosed an issue and talked me thru everything. Definitely recommend these guys, honest, fast & reliable!

Did a great job coming out and giving out some pointers to maintaining my furnace through the winter.
Our air broke memorial day weekend(it was in the 90's) and Bill came out and fixed it right away and was not going home till dark to make sure we were up and running. I highly recommend this company. Very satisfied.
I have used this company for my home (2 separate units), my parents home and highly recommend them for your home!! The same gentleman came out to service my mom's house on a holiday weekend completely exhausted in 100* weather at 8pm and was very knowledgeable, efficient and the price was definitely REASONABLE to fix a problem "a friend of a friend" completely screwed up. This company is not out for your wallet, they are there to get the problem fixed. Bill and Cindee go out of their way to help and they are wonderful people!
H&L is the company to use if you are looking for reliable, professional, affordable service that goes above and beyond! I have used these guys for different properties over the past 10 years. I have been so satisfied with their work that I refer them to my friends and family any chance I get. What really made them stand out from the rest is that one evening during a very cold winter I came home late at night to no heat. My daughter was six months old at the time so I was considering going to my parents or getting a hotel. The owner came out himself, had my furnace up and running in no time, and it was significantly less expensive than the other crooks in the area that were overcharging due to severe weather conditions! I was so thrilled to be a woman with a baby and not feel like he was selling me something I didn’t need or taking advantage of the situation that I have used them time and time again for different jobs. My AC is leaking and needs service. The technician they sent out claimed working in the company for many years. But still lacking of the experience dealing with the problems. He spent two hours running up and down, and could not figure out the problem, just to messed up with the wires. Charge $200 for messing up the wire and told me to spend $1000 more filling in Freon without diagnosing the problems. I need to pay another professional $780 just to fix the wire problems. Stay away if you have complicated problems. They can turn a small problem into a big bill. Never call back after I ask for refund.
I talked to a woman on the phone who called and said that it would be $89 to come out. I asked if that included any labor for work that needed done and she said yes. The guy came out for maybe 30 minutes and they wanted to charge me over $180! They still ended up charging me $136! Rip-off prices!
We absolutely enjoy working with this company! My father used their services in 2006, when they installed his furnace and Trane AC unit, respectively. Their service was great then; and their annual maintenance AC visits are efficient and polite now. On 5/30 of this year, my father had warm air blowing throughout the house. I called Cindy at their office and explained the matter. She is absolutely wonderful to work with. Cindy is friendly and courteous. Her follow-up is outstanding as well. She asked me to do some quick check-ups with the unit and to check if the furnace had solid ice around the insides, once I opened the vent. It did! She then informed me to turn the unit off. Most likely there was a freon leak. Tommy arrived within the hour and he is absolutely great as well! It was over 93 degrees, but he never complained. He immediately diagnosed the repair; filled the freon; completely hosed-down and cleaned the unit. Still very HOT outside and an hour later, the house was filled with cold air once again! I am now a loyal 2nd-generation customer! Call H&L if you have an hvac issue and enjoy their hospitality and great service!
Overall very happy with H&L HVAC. My place of business has several units and all have been worked on (they're old). Bill and his staff have serviced my home as well. Always reasonable prices and on-time with friendly service.
The guy who came and did work was informative on what the issue was but their prices are exorbitant. 89 just to come out and not do anything...then 79 for simply testing and quick rewiring of thermostat
