The Technician Humberto Was very professional helpful He explained to me everything that was going on took pictures and helped me a lot he would even check up on me the next day after he fixed it to make sure everything was working good I would definitely use him again
Humberto went out of his way to make sure our ac system was back up and running, even after hours (he truly means 24/7). Will definitely be using him in the future and recommending to others!
This is the second time I've had Humberto work on our air conditioner. The first time was for a tune up and it has worked perfectly ever since. This past weekend our air conditioner stopped working and it was 106 degrees so we reached out to him and he responded immediately. What a life saver! He was super busy but still managed to come by and get it up and running again. It turned out that our Google Nest thermostat was the issue. He replaced the thermostat with a different one he had on hand - yah! we didn't have to wait for one to be ordered! He is very knowledgeable, thorough, prepared and he takes a lot of pride in his work. We are so grateful for Humberto. He will always be our "go to" guy.
I wish I could give H & D Heating and Air Conditioning 10 stars rather than just 5. My air conditioning went out on Sunday when it was 108 degrees and my husband was recovering from back surgery. Humberto responded and said he would be there, maybe late because I called on a Sunday during a heatwave, but he would be there. And he was. Talk about dependable and responsive! Humberto is a very likable guy, honest, professional and his service is very reasonably priced. I'm grateful for him responding at a moment's notice and helping us out of a bad situation. I know who I will be calling in the future.

Humberto came a repaired my AC unit the same day I called. All others were at least 1 week out. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back up and running quickly. Very honest and dependable. My new AC and heating repairman.
Humberto answered our call for help this morning. Our AC had quit cooling our home and with another day of triple digit heat ahead we were preparing to make other plans in order to keep cool. Humberto saved the day and our holiday plans by coming to diagnose and fix our AC within an hour and a half of our call. He is professional, caring, and kind. All qualities desired in a service professional. He figured out the issues and had our AC working again promptly. Everyone is cool and happy, AND we have found a new heating and cooling partner to service our systems. THANK YOU, Humberto!!!!
Humberto is a hero! We couldn’t believe that he was willing to come out in the middle of the heat wave to help us last minute, and he even came back late at night to do the second part of the repair. Despite being SUPER busy, he took the time to make sure the job was done right, and even explained everything along the way. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and so kind! We are so grateful for Humberto and H&D - couldn’t recommend them enough!
Humberto was SO helpful when my AC went out during a heat wave!! He was very flexible and helped me via phone while guests were staying at my home. He answered right away at 1 am, followed up multiple times even at night and came over first thing next day. He was also very friendly and educated on the problem plus gave me a great deal on a short notice service. I cannot recommend Huberto highly enough!!

H&D is the best man. I had my AC go out on the hottest day of the year and they came thru in a pinch and fixed it same day I called them up! Super friendly, easy to work with and honest! Couldn’t ask for more! Will only be using them for my HVAC needs and will be recommending them to everyone!

Humberto took the time to find the root of the problem why the A/C system was not working, took pictures to show us the problem areas and what needed to be done. He is very professional and delivers great work at reasonable prices. He is very punctual, friendly and customer oriented. I will highly recommend him and I will continue using his services for future maintenance to keep the HVAC system in good condition.
I have installed a Bose Combo Heating and A/C System. It is a with a Heat Pump. The system was professionally installed. It was of a quality product and priced reasonably. The installer was efficient and easy to work within a timely manner. the system is being maintained on a semi-annual maintenance program. I feel confident that I have purchased a excellent system. The system is heating and cooling my home well and is efficient in the cost of maintaining it. I am most satisfied.

Humberto came to our house, he was honest and genuinely cares... He came in and totally informed me of what the reality really was, after only purchasing our house within the last 7 months..
