I couldn't have been more pleased with my service call, considering that I was expecting to be told I needed a new ac unit. Imagine my complete surprise when they said it was just a motor, and the house was cold again just 24 hours later. When I called, a human being answered. Imagine that. And then... someone showed up to my house the same morning.
These guys did a great job installing a central ac in my new house. Hands down the best price in the area, and they were prompt. Everything looks and feels great.
Excellent responsiveness, especially after some rough days with no electric, no water, and heat in only half my house. Zach and CJ worked quickly and effectively, replacing part of a broken pipe that had been frozen. Within 90 minutes, I had the water back on and the house was heating up. Fantastic job! Contacted on two separate occasions for two separate jobs appointment set address sent and no show..... if the job wasn't wanted that could have just been said, easy fix for me to call someone else.

Incredible Service. They were very professional and honest and they even came out on a holiday to fix my AC so I didn't have to suffer and extra 90 degree night. I have a very old HVAC unit and instead of trying to upsell me on the install of a new system, they were able to fix my unit. I don't have any knowledge with AC units so it would have been very easy for them to just tell me I needed a new unit. Lifetime customer.
This company is fantastic! They were very responsive, on time and did a very professional job. In this day it’s hard to find awesome customer service like they provide. We will definitely use them again and recommend to all our friends.
Phenomenal service! I had 2 HVACS, 2 FURNACES (with new flue piping), 2 NEST THERMOSTATS installed about 3 months ago. Prior to deciding to use them, I called multiple times bc I had so many questions! The Crouch team was very responsive and patient with me. They were very reasonable, price wise, and thoroughly worked with us on product choices! They installed a week after we agreed on the contract. Showed up when they said they would and we have not had an issue! I HIGHLY recommend them!

This company has worked new ac and furnace for our house which has worked above expectations. Then they set up our ventless gas fireplace and we couldn't be more pleased. They even returned when we thought there was a small of gas... But it wasn't! Thanks.
Once again H D Crouch has come through for our family! Gas logs install. Isaiah came out installed new gas logs for us. Very professional and personal. He wasn't happy with the first outcome, so he changed it. I cant recommend this company enough for your hvac and more needs!
H.D. Crouch Heating and Air removed my huge old oil furnace and installed a new energy efficient propane furnace and air conditioning in my ca. 1900 Victorian home. I could not have asked for a more professional, knowledgeable and conscientious group of technicians to work in my house. They had this huge undertaking done in a week, cleaned up every day, and explained everything about it all to us. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company and plan to tell everyone how great these fellows are. Very, very grateful to have found them to do this for us.

There are not enough positive things I can say about Henry and his crew. My A/C died during the hottest time of the year & due to the age of the system, I also needed to replace my furnace. Not only did Henry come out after hours on the day I called him to look at everything, but he found a major safety issue that other companies did not. After researching the correct equipment to give me the energy efficiency I wanted, he had a quote to me quickly. Henry was able to correct the safety issues, add some vents, add some ducts, exceed the energy efficiency I wanted and he was able to do so for a much more reasonable price than other companies I contacted prior to him. Henry and his team (Isaiah, Chris, Isaac) were so concerned about me & my dog being without A/C that they came out on a Saturday and worked all day to make sure I had A/C. When they were not able to complete everything on Saturday, they were back on Sunday to complete the job. Henry and his team are beyond polite, are truly concerned about the customer’s opinion and take pride in their work. Each day after they left you would not have known they were here, as they thoroughly clean up after themselves. Henry and his team are some of the most honest professionals I have worked with in a long time. I would, and will, highly recommend Henry and his team to anyone who needs any type of heating or A/C service.
I called Monday 11 am he said he could get to me later this evening. He called about 3pm & said he would be later because of current customers problem but that he would be here. He texted again that he had 1 more to finish before me Two techs showed at 715pm tested pressure & voltage then went out in a pouring rain to unit & again tested & called boss fro. Under tarp. He showed shortly & & worked in rain along side the tech & found & fixed it. Had to install new thermostat & we are now in the cool air. . I HIGHLY recommend them.
The guys were polite, courteous and on time. The prices were very affordable and we could not be happier. We definitely will be recommending them going forward.
I am so impressed with H.D.Crouch Heating & Air Conditioning that I just felt compelled to write this review . The young man, Isaiah, who came to our home was friendly, trustworthy, and extremely knowledgeable. The integrity of this company is exceptional !!!! This is the kind of company that puts honesty first which seems to be a rarity in today's times. I urge anyone who has a heating or air conditioning issue to make this the first place you call for all of related repairs .
