Mark was able to make it to our house as fast as any of the bigger places to fix our AC. I described the issue, and he showed up, and because of his expertise, fixed the issue within 10 minutes. He's kind, and I appreciate that he gives me detailed explanations of what's going on, so I'm in a better place to understand next time something happens.
Needed a full compressor and condenser replacement On time, friendly, professional, and got the job done in a day. Now a days, you can't ask for more than that.

We had an issue with our old house's HVAC system that wasn't strait-forward to solve, but Mark came up with something that has worked really well. I appreciated how willing he was to talk me through issues. I felt comfortable with leaving the house while he was working.
Mark has done several different jobs for me on my property. Additionally, when he was here to take care of my electrical problems, a couple of neighbors also needed electrical work done, so I recommended Mark to them, and they were impressed by his knowledge and abilities as well. The more complicated jobs he has performed for us out here is my meter loop had to be changed, I had to have a new septic system installed and he has wired for that, repaired a neighbor's AC unit, and ran the electricity to another neighbor's new house. His prices to all of us have always seemed to be very reasonable. I checked around for pricing with other electricians before I hired Mark and his price came in at a full thousand dollars less than others I had checked with. Mark is completely dependable, always punctual, and extremely professional and knowledgeable! I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending H.C. Services.

We had both our A/C units replaced today. Mark made an appointment at 5:00 a.m. (Yes, 5:00 a.m.) and kept it as promised. He and his work associate worked straight through and got the work done in around 7 hrs. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and professional and they offered a very competitive bid. I am very pleased with the overall experience.Thanks guys!
My phone call was answered right away, and a technician was at my house 3 hours later. He worked hard to find the issue making good use of his time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. I feel that the price was reasonable and fair considering the amount of time he spent on the problem. Highly recommended!
Mark, who owns HC Service, is an amazing technician who totally understands customer service. He is very competent which makes him a pleasure to deal with. You just know that he knows what he is doing which is such a change from the other folks I have dealt with in the past. Highly recommended.

i am not the easiest customer to please at times. i want good service,good treatment,good product and respect.thats not always easy to come by these days. the guys at H.C services have excelled at all of them. i am impressed with their level of knowledge ,experience,and dedication to their customers and their own skills. specifically mark and doug have gone the extra mile to make sure things are fixed and working properly, and they always respond to my calls when i have questions,concerns and problems. i will, and i have recommended them to anyone who needs their services. thanks guys, keep up the great work.
H.C. Services did great with the electrical wiring in the new addition on our home in Buda TX. The electrical contractor not only did all the electrical work, but he was also able the fix a leak and recharge my a/c unit. He was professional and honest. Great at his trade. I would recommend.
