H&B came out quick fast and in a hurry and did a assessment on my moms unit . They gave great recommendations and we will be recommending them to anyone . If you want great service and folk you can count on and the best customer service in the business give them a call.
I contracted H&B to fix my A/C as the darn thing stopped working. Really nice people, Mr. Hodges was very friendly and while working on my A/C he gave me some really good advice on how to save money on my energy cost for free, which I appreciated. He gave me a number of different cost-effective options and found some other small issues on my A/C and didn't charge me which was nice. My unit runs nice and it looks like my energy costs at your house have decreased. In my opinion they really went above and beyond. Owner seems really honest and discovered he is trying to bring back what his grandfather started the basics honesty, service, and taking pride in your work. Will call again if I have issues! Thanks!
I have to give these guys thumbs up I was stuck on side of the road and these guys came to the rescue by just passing by ain't god good thanks for the blessing guys
I called them for my brother's house that was having a problem with the hvac drain lines. Constant water was dripping outside the house. Which in retrospect, meant the secondary drain line was working as it should. Within an hour of the phone call, someone was out there to clear the primary drain lines. All is good again. The hvac technician was very courteous and professional. Not only were they out there quickly, but the price was unbeatable. I was thoroughly impressed with the scope of work and they even cleaned up any debris that was left behind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the Hampton Roads area.
