As an engineer, I look for people that can explain how the system works, what has failed, and how it will be repaired. I feel confident that Jason and Will knew how the system works and how to fix it. Once they completed the repair of the mini-split, I set the temperature to 65 and came back into the area a short time after and wow, it was time to turn it to heat to warm it back up. The system heated the space back up quickly. One good thing about these guys,they aren't out to sell annual maintenance packages like the big guys!
The technician was polite and answered my questions. He found the problem with my system and replaced a bad part. I am getting cool air once again for under $200! It was only after the unit was repaired that I informed the technician that another company told me I needed to replace my entire heat pump. That would have cost thousands of dollars. I am thankful and satisfied with Guthrie Heating.

Jason and his guys are always punctual. They are Christian men and they show care and empathy for their clients. They never do a hard sell. They try to save you money if at all possible. I would trust this team in my house even if I wasn’t there. We’ve been clients for years and plan to be with Jason as long as he offers his services. Thank you, Jason, for building a Christian-based company.
Service was outstanding. Will was the technician, was very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. Made some suggestions for modifications, explained the reasons and completed work in a reasonable amount of time. When asked about what was best modification he made a suggestion and sound reasoning. State he would have a quote sent to us for review.
