Guss conducted a thorough and professional evaluation of the job before submitting a quote, and I didn't have to pay a penny more than what was initially quoted, aside from taxes and fees. Guss was able to come out the same day we called for help! Our heating system would not come on and Guss immediately knew the remedy.He said our control panel had gone bad. He picked up the part came back to install it and discovered another problem from the original installer of the system that the gas valve was not sealed also. That meant he had to go back to the store to purchase a gas valve (he tried unsuccessfully to work with what was already there) and reinstall it so there was a seal to make the system heat the home more efficiently. It really worked! We used to run the heat on 78 degrees! Now, we can hardly stand it at 75! Guss is professional, reasonably priced and knowledgeable. I recommend him!
Guss is the best air conditioning repairperson that I've every encountered. Responsive (he replied to my query within five minutes) and punctual (he called and asked whether he might arrive early), Guss works quickly, diagnoses problems with a rare acumen, and completes the repair lickety-split, all at a low price. He is courteous, conversational, and competent. Who could ask for anything more!?!? And take note of his orange and grey shoes, which match the orange and grey color scheme of his van. That is classy! I wholeheartedly recommend Guss for any heating or air conditioning job.
After reading the reviews, i decided to give Mr. Guss a call, and I'm so happy I did. He scheduled me, was on time and very professional. Got me up and cooling!! I will be using his service again, and highly recommend.

It was a pleasure working with this company. I had been having issues for weeks from the previous technician that worked on my unit but Mr. Guss was able to properly and efficiently repair my A/C unit. I highly recommend using this company if you are in need of repairs.

Excellent Service. I called them because my AC wasn't working. I looked at it and I thought that the blower motor wasn't turning. When he came by I told him what I thought was wrong.. He checked a few things and as it turned out it was just something minor. He fixed it and it was a whole lot less than I was expecting. I have never met an AC guy so honest. Thanks.

Demond was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He installed a smart thermostat for me and when he ran into some issues with the configuration, got on the phone with Ecobee and had everything corrected within a few minutes. I rarely ever write reviews but this time I had to. This is my second time receiving service by the owner Guss. He serviced my heating previously and came out today to service my ac as well. I’m thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, knowledge, and expertise of Guss Heating and Air! Guss was wonderful! He was able to fit me in same day and had everything fixed in under an hour. He was very polite, took the time to answer all of my questions and was reasonably priced. He will definitely be my go to ac and heating guy!
