Had someone come by to give me a quote. Followed up several times for a quote and never heard back. Don’t waste your time.
They did such awful job with our shower cleaning, re-grouting, and re-caulking. We called them multiple times and gave them multiple chances but they don't seem to care. They did our bathrooms back in September. The first guy put huge amounts of caulking all over the shower (looked literally slobbered over) didn't re-grout the tiles properly leaving gaps, didn't wipe off excess caulking and grout from the tiles, and left an entire seam of shower wall uncaulked that we discovered after water got out from that side and damaged the footboard on the other side of the wall. I contacted them right away and they said they will send the same guy back again. I argued to send someone else with him to show him all the places he missed because he thought he did a very good job. Talked to the manager, sent them pics, he said he will come himself the next day but never showed up. They sent another guy that day who was shocked at the job his colleague had done and said he would need to re-do everything and left for the day as it was past 5 already on a Friday. Then they rescheduled many many many times because they wanted to make sure the job is done correctly by someone with good experience and then sent some HVAC guy to fix things. That guy had probably never done this before. He insisted to put grout everywhere, even where caulking is supposed to go and said that's the best way to do it. It has been ~5 months now and the grouting that these guys did has started falling out from everywhere. There are still holes all over the shower walls that are missing grout and caulking. I am beyond disappointed at this "professional service" and feel like such as huge waste of ~$730. I could have DIY'ed this way better than this!
We just had our house ducts cleaned. Ramesh was diligent and thorough. The men did an outstanding job! We would use them again.
This company clean my HVAC and didn’t properly insulate my unit after removing the insulation to clean the ducts. There was a duct which was not connected properly or zip-tied and the cooled air blowing into my hot attic instead of my home. My air scrubber was disconnected during the cleaning and not reconnected therefore was not working. The poorly re-wrapped insulation allowed hot air to reach the coil area of the AC unit and caused a condensation leak which was caught by my drain pan and escaped from the secondary drain. This leak went on for several weeks before I discovered it. My primary drain became clogged from particles from this leak and cost me $400 to clear. My drain pan rusted. I called the company when I noticed water dripping from the secondary drain. No one returned my call even though the person who took a message said there was an technician on call for emergencies.I emailed the company when no one called me. The following morning I waited for a return or reply to my email. I had to call them and a person name Josh stated that he received my email. I’m not sure why I had to call them if that was the case. I explained the problem that their technician who was being trained but poorly supervised caused when performed my HVAC cleaning. I asked for someone experienced to come and correct the issue immediately. They sent the same guy who weeks before caused the leak, left a duct and my air scrubber disconnected. I called the company immediately and expressed my concern that they would send the same inexperienced tech who caused the leak and other issues to correct them. When I pointed the soaked insulation and water leaking to the tech he was clueless. I explained that condensation build-up could be the only cause as my unit had been replaced a year previously and had no problems or water leaking prior to the cleaning. Upstairs AC was not cooling, they were able to come out next day to assess and repair. They were quick, detailed and they fixed it! 10/10 would recommend again. Chan and Da were very professional.

The guys that performed the work were very courteous, did the job with minimal interruptions and cleaned up well after the job was done. I can already tell the difference in air quality. I would recommend this company for duct cleaning.

Update after a week: Josh followed up and apologized on the issues. They did come back and addressed my concerns. Thanks for the follow up Josh. Hope they have taken the feedback and handle it professionally for the future clients. Old review: As noted by another reviewer they don't clean the duct. They just clean the HVAC unit, even though I asked them to. The worst part is, they broke our toothbrush holder while cleaning the bathroom air vent and silently left without informing us. I don't care about the toothbrush holder set but it is unprofessional to leave without informing us. Improve your service quality.
They do not clean all the ducts in your house. They clean the returns and the main hvac unit, but not the supply vent ducting. I specifically asked about this and was told the whole system would be deep cleaned. It wasn't and I now need to find another company to clean the return ducts.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He made suggestions for maintenance but didn’t try to hard-sell me on anything. He seemed very trustworthy which very important when dealing with home repairs and maintenance.
