I had an emergency situation where there was water on the floor in front of the ac unit and Tod identified quickly where the problem was and fixed it. Last week my husband noticed a water leak from our outdoor air conditioning compressor. I called Guaranteed Services and had a technician scheduled to come the very next morning. Sean McCarthy arrived promptly, performed a thorough check of the entire HVAC system, and explained the issue. As he suggested, we scheduled a supervisor to help us discuss options and costing. Maxwell Sanders arrived the same day in the afternoon and sat down with us, did a thorough evaluation of our system, answered our questions, provided a solution that would work for us. So we went ahead to install a new system. A few days later the installers arrived, also prompt. Ecliffe Cliney and Kyle McCarthy. They installed the unit, all the time friendly, accommodating and respectful, to us and our home. Got the job done beautifully. There was a malfunction with the water pump the next day, so I called the company and within the hour a service technician, Todd DeGaray arrived. He replaced the pump and solved the problem. We are very thankful that the process from the first phone call to the completion of the installation was seamless and we are enjoying our new advanced system. And Thank You for sending us such wonderful guys for the job. Not once did we feel pressured, uneasy or uncomfortable. All these gentlemen are professional, knowledgeable, patient, respectful and they know what they are doing, and never late. If the company acknowledges the employees' work performance in any way, these guys should all receive recognition!!
