Called to see if I wanted to hire them. I was given at least one or two useful answers which is why I won't give it one star. But the guy who picked up hung up when I still had nore questions. I understand why he thought I was done talking but it's customary to at least say goodbye before you hang up, if not wait until the other person says goodbye st all. This is purely a customer service review and I cannot vouch for there actually work. They did seem pretty pricey, but maybe their cost is worth it
Mr. Thorpe is awesome!! He diagnosed and fixed my furnace in 30 minutes. I called him Monday evening and he came out Tuesday morning. Your HVAC is in good hands with GT Mechanics!!
Tenants reported no heat last Saturday night. Mr. Thorpe did not have any immediate openings placed us on his schedule and notified us early that he needed to push the date back. Definitely worth the wait! We've encountered many HVAC companies and Mr. Thorpe diagnosed and repaired the problem within one hour. In my experience, most HVAC companies need to order parts and the delays mean longer service outages and greater costs. Mr. Thorpe was honest and knowledgeable. We will definitely call him the next time!!!
I called GT this morning and he was here by the afternoon. Greg is professional, knowledgeable and solved the issue in less than an hour.. His services come with a 60 days warranty but somehow, I don't think we'll need it.

Greg was amazing at showing concern for my personal situation and I knew immediately that was not out to take advantage. He took the time to educate as he showed me what was going on in ways that I would understand. He advised me on what my next steps should be so that I can be prepared for what is expected.
Greg came out to help get my gas fireplace working again. He explained the problem and what may need to be replaced in the future to keep it without trying to push me to get it done immediately. I'll keep his name on my call list for hvac needs.

My AC stopped blowing cool air on a 90 degree day and we were miserable! Air had never reached the top level of my home adequately. Called Greg and he responded quickly! He diagnosed the problem and walked me through the issue and what he needed to do to repair it. (Had another company come out last summer who said I needed to cut walls, add vents to improve air flow). Greg said it only needed cleaning and maintenance!! Air has never flowed better to my top level!!! All vents are blowing cool air! Greg is professional, knowledgeable, and prices are affordable. He has a customer for life!

Years ago Greg took HVAC classes at The Community College of Baltimore County. He was a very good student with strong mechanical abilities and a polite and friendly style. My experience was AWFUL was due for cleaning of my vents I had to deal with an employee named “GREG . I felt so threatened and uneasy in my OWN home. I am trying to make this known to anyone who is looking in to this company...DONT DO IT !!!!!!! He was making awkward advances towards me and saying weird remarks like..is your husband home, and where are the kids ??? . I am going to keep reporting this
Terrible service , terrible attitude.
Made an appointment the day before and he never showed or even let us know he wasn't coming. We tried calling him and even sent texts but he never answered or responded to myself or my husband. Do yourself a favor and find someone reliable.

I must say my experience with Greg hvac company was phenomenal. He is a man of his word ! I reached out concerning my old unit he told me he would be out the next Day And he followed through on that. He walked me through everything that he was doing to insure that I understood how my unit should work and what the problem was . He then researched my part and came back the very next day to replace the parts. He installed the parts and made sure the unit ran correctly with no issues . I have AC again 😀 Gregg is the man for the job and I can’t wait to do the future install with you and your team. A Forever client
