Very honest and fair
Been to our house several times over the years keeping the 2 HVAC units running at the house. Had to finally replace our 40 year old system. He did a great job replacing the ducting and unit. What a difference. Thanks again.

Too bad you can’t leave negative reviews. Horrible customer service. Steven came out from Fidelity Warranty and tried to fix the unit but didn’t. When he was recalled to the house he gave a different evaluation of the problem but did not fix it. We called for days trying to get a hold of him. He finally called back after a week and now states theirs a different problem completely different from his first and second evaluation. DO NOT HIRE!!!
