I was referred to Grooms by another contractor when I had just about given up on Minisplits and Central AC. After having numerous HVAC techs come by to do estimates, none of them gave me a sense of confidence that they knew how to properly set up my system. This was confirmed when all but one company quoted me. They were 50% more in cost then I expected so I passed. John of Grooms met me on a Wed and today being Sat only a few days later, we finally have AC. I was concerned because the cost was so affordable that the equipment would be cheap. It's just the opposite. I'm a techy and all about equipment and electronics being top notch and that's exactly what was installed. Satisfied customer is an understatement. Thanks Grooms!
Mr. Grooms was absolutely wonderful! Our propane heater stopped working on one of our coldest winter days. I posted on Facebook looking for an emergency HVAC technician and he fit us into his busy schedule that same day! We ended up needing parts (that no one could get their hands on!) and somehow, Mr. Grooms did. The part came in within a week and he came back to our house right away to get it installed. He was professional, polite, and went out of his way to help us. He did everything he could to keep things timely, and was wonderful to work with! I would hire him again and refer him to friends.
I initially hired Grooms last summer to replace central air condenser. He was very responsive, fairly priced and completed work without issue. Since then this is my go to service provider for propane fireplace and propane furnace and air conditioning. I’m always satisfied with his responsiveness, workmanship and pricing. Highly recommend.
Jon Grooms has been helping me for the past year with plumbing, HVAC and miscellaneous appliance issues. He is always fair, reliable and trustworthy. We purchased our washer and dryer through the appliance guys in Candia had issues with dryer took six months for them to come fix it once they came to fix it now it doesn’t work at all I called to let they know and I have still heard nothing back months later Jon grooms from grooms appliance came out as soon as we called to check the dryer and find out the problem he ordered the part fix my dryer in a fast quick manner and now it is working better then it ever has thank you very much Jon
