Jeremy with Grizzly HERS Testing was excellent throughout the process. We had to reschedule due to an error on our part and he was very gracious and worked to promptly reschedule our inspection service. During the inspection, he was very courteous and professional. We received a detailed professional report promptly upon completion of the inspection.
Amazing problem solver! As a real estate investor, this isn't my first HERS test, but it was the most challenging because of the third party agencies that issue the certifications. Grizzly saved the day and are hands down the best in customer service. They got my project transferred from calcert to Cheers and got my final approval where no one else could. I'm STILL waiting for Calcert to call me back and grizzly found a solution and got my certificate faster than i could even get a call back!
On 7/23/2022, Jeremy Senkevech perform a Hers inspection, on my ADU project. Jeremy is very professional, knowledgeable, and communicative and answer all and any question I had. Also I have to mention he was a few minute ahead of our scheduled appointment, which is very rare now a days. Grizzly HERS testing helped us to meet our City inspection timeline! This is a new construction project where we converted a garage to ADU. We were supposed to receive the HERS report on Tue for the City inspector to clear the hold so we may schedule the final inspection on Fri. However, on Tue morning, we were told that they can't issue the report as they were unable to come on-site until one week later. We immediately googled "HEARS testing"and Grizzly HERS Testing came on top with the most and highest ratings. Without hesitation, we called and Jeremy answered the phone immediately. After learning our situation, Jeremy said he could squeeze time out in the afternoon on the same day for the site visit. Apart from the on-site inspection, we had to go through some hoops to transfer the project to them -- during which Jeremy guided me step-by-step to create a Cal-Cert Home Owner account and the following process for the transfer. We received the HERS report on Wed late afternoon, still enough time to send it to the City inspector for his review and clearing the hold. We just scheduled the final inspection on Fri as planned. So many thanks to Jeremy's professional practice, esp. his responsiveness and patience. Also, his price is very reasonable -- lower than what the HVAC installer's HERS testing partner would have charged us. We will ask Jeremy's help next time for sure.
