Called around noon on Friday, to my surprise they were here by 2 pm. AC was out, got the part first thing Monday morning and was here by 9. Had it fixed by noon, exactly for the price I was quoted. Could not ask for better service, highly recommend.
Greg and his Son are experts in the trade with many years experience. They are a family business,and I have used their services for more than 20 years. They do not have a bunch of sales people trying to upcharge and sell somthing useless. They are honest, and will actually repair your AC. Simply because of demand they cannot drop what they are doing and rush to your home. Then again those who can are going to cost you a lot more and send inexperienced persons to sell you a new unit. Greg has helped thousands of people right here local. He deserves six stars because I have many happy people I sent him to. I have only have heard one complaint, He couldn't just drop someone else and cater to the whim of someone else, that would be simply unfair.
Zero customer service from the lady answering the phones when trying to make an appointment, would not recommend this company to anyone
Griffith AC and Heatings are very professional and price is very competitive. Griffith show up at my house 5min after my phone call. Thats what i called quick response. Chris and his Dad are very professional and well educated. I have a peace of mind from now on knowing who to call when i have ac issue. Thank you Griffith AC and Heatings.
We used these people last year and were happy, so we called toward the end of April to reschedule for this year. We were told the schedule was too full and that she needed to talk to her boss and would call us back. Well, she never did. So we call again on May 3 and wanted to schedule at the April $69 price and she very unpolitely said "oh well, the price is now $99." It was the attitude and we had tried to schedule in April, so our business is elsewhere. 😡
These guys are AWESOME! Always on time, always get me back going quickly and at a very fair price. Great customer service and very thorough with what they do. They have done work at my business and at my home and have done great jobs at both.
Chris and his father are very professional and follow up quickly. They even took the time to travel all the way down to Okeechobee to install a unit at my grandmothers when no one would. We will be writing up an extensive review for this act of generosity and we can't thank them enough. Give them a call, you wont be sorry.
Called in March 2015 on a Friday for a date to perform spring check. Did not hear back. Filled out contact ad on web for a fee and date to perform spring check. Did not hear back. The folloing Monday made a contact with another company and got early reply and service. Will no longer refer this company to anyone.
My mother used Griffith AC for many many years and now that I have relocated to Sun City Center from Michigan and have used them as well it's no wonder they have such an outstanding reputation for honesty and great skills.
A couple of months ago we had an issue on a home we own with the a/c. We decided to try Griffith Air. They were there within hours of the call and in less than an hour had the issue repaired at a very reasonable price. This week, I called about an issue with a Trane unit that is still under a parts warranty with Trane. I first called Trane to be sure that there would be no issue with using Griffith Air. I called and due to some unusual circumstances, just left the front door open for them. I was expecting a call back to set up a time but the next thing I knew, Gregg was at our place. By the time I got off the phone and started looking for him, he was done - A/C was restored and again at a very reasonable price. These people fix the problem reasonably and don't look for or create issues that do not exist. HARD TO FIND PEOPLE LIKE GREGG AT GRIFFITH AIR THAT CAN BE TOTALLY TRUSTED TO DO THE RIGHT THING!
