After getting the text message not a call the tech Bill Shifflett came about a hour later. Left never started the job at ALL!!! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING 😞

I don’t know how the technician gave us a wrong diagnostic saying we needed a major fixing on our AC unit which it would have been at least 5k or that we needed to buy a brand new unit which was somewhere between 8k-9k installed. Guess what!! After a second opinion from another certified AC company. The problem turned out to be an easy fix and I was only charged $250.

Justin was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable. He was excellent.

Do not recommend this company for cleaning drains. Paid $819.00 for cleaning a clogged drain. Normally have paid 150 to 200. Quoted 99.00 to come out then you sign I pad agreeing you will pay 99.00 before they give you the price to clean the drain. Don't get ripped off.

Highway Robbers! My quote was $360.00 to change a washer( using my parts from Moen lifetime warranty)on a bathroom sink faucet. I also got a long lecture on how they are insured if the sink is damaged to explain the high price. I called a local handyman who did the job for $80! :(

This is the second time I have used Griffin Services and even bought the Griffin Club package to cove plumbing, AC and Heat. Today I had my AC ducts cleaned. Andre was professional and efficient and cleaned up after himself! I was told the service would be loud but it was not that loud and my 2 dogs (who are sensitive to noises) were calm and not barking..

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job and was amazing.

Logan did an outstanding job of getting our HVAC system up and running.

Definitely recommend. They're not like other companies that suggest unnecessary work trying to bilk you. Both technicians were amazing!!

James was great and repaired our damaged and leaking valve in our shower quickly and efficiently! Always pleased with the responsiveness and high quality work that Griffin provides!

Griffin installed the system in a very professional manner, in one day. They covered everything with a tarp, installed the air handler and the outdoor unit very professionally. They were friendly and asked about our preferences regarding temperature settings. They went over how to use the new thermostat and equipment to both operate and maintain it. They left us a stack of manuals, in case we had more questions and adjusted the bill to reflect the items they didn’t need to install after further inspection. I highly recommend Griffin and Mr. Bateman and Lee.

These guys are simply...the best!!! They were incredibly prepared and gave us a clear summary of what needed to happen and the costs. Repairs were performed professional, with plenty of care for the home! This was a fabulous experience, and we will request our team again, if anything else comes up, that needs their services.

Technician Eddie Meco was very professional and knowledgeable about our AC system. He located the problem of needing to flush the AC drain line that had a huge clog. He was very thorough and efficient in performing his service to our AC system, and he was very nice and friendly. Technician Eddie Meco is an ASSET to Griffin Service! 😊

After some initial issues with appointment for estimate everything went really smoothly. Keith showed up and was very courteous. The tech who came to install was was great and when he struggled he called for help...it was a tight space but they figured it out.

Our water heater is 27 years old. We felt we were on borrowed time. Checked into a installation company that I had seen on TV many times. No BBB rating. Found Griffin Services and gave them a call. The 1st tech out, John T., gave us an estimate. 2nd tech,Justin H., was the install man. Both techs were very friendly and answered all questions. I would certainly recommend Griffin Services to anyone.
