I used to work in the refrigeration/AC industry back in the 90's so some of my home AC repairs I handle myself. I called Greggory's Expert Service because my compressor wouldn't start and the house was a billion degrees. I have to say that I was stunned by Greggory's knowledge and thoroughness in work; he was at my house within two hours of calling him when several other companies couldn't get to me until Friday (this is Wednesday). The final bill was super reasonable too; I expected it to be a lot more. DO NOT HESITATE to call Greggory for any of your service needs. Great guy!!!
We want to say a huge thank you to Greg and Lindsey for excellent service! We have had a lot of A/C companies come out . Not one of them could help us with our a/c . Greg , showed up and said he could put a new unit in. Our house is a 1935 wood framed house . It sits very low to the ground. By no means was this an easy job. But he did it !! Our old a/c unit was over 30 years old. Some rooms would cool and others would not. Our whole house is starting to cool down! A huge , huge Thank you from us to you ! We appreciate you and Lindsey. So very much ! If anyone is looking for an excellent A/C company! Look no further! You have found the best hands down !!
Took time out to drive a very long way at the end of the day to help my family. Even after the issue couldn’t be solved, Gregg came out the next day again and replaced my blower motor for our A/C. He may be a little rough around the edges but no one said I have to like him to be good at what he did! Again, it’s not about personality, it’s about knowing what to do and getting the job done right in the end. Thank you so much for working with me on your price! Very fair and will use again for our HVAC system in the future.

AC problems are awful, but if you have one this is the company you want. Despite being out of the county all day on another job, Gregg made it a point to come out to my home to look at my AC before he went home for the evening. Despite my issue being fairly complicated and all that stood between Gregg and the comfort of his home, he was incredibly pleasant and friendly when he showed up. He explained what he was doing and took his time to make sure the issue was properly diagnosed and addressed, despite working in the rain the entire time he was at my house. I never once got the sense he was in a hurry to do anything other than figure out what was wrong with my AC system, which he did. While that's important and I'm thankful beyond words for his help, it still doesn't adequately describe how excellent the service was. You have to see it firsthand to fully understand. Gregg literally wrote the book on AC service and if you get the chance to use his company you will meet a supremely talented man who knows his business inside and out, and also one of the nicest people you will come across. If you have an AC problem Gregg is the solution. I'll never call anyone else.
Gregory came out asap and was very knowledgeable. He immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He got our air back up and working fast. He came back first thing the next morning also for some finishing touches and to make sure the unit was running efficiently. He was fairly priced and would use again in the future.

Greggory was able to fix the problem. However I did not appreciate him charging a seperate $45 diagnosis fees on the top of charge for service provided. I spoke to him and he gave me a price never mentioned a seperate diagnostic fees will be charged. Later on he put that charge on the invoice.
Company came out to clean the air conditioner unit - tried to replace the air conditioner said it was bad- never had issues until they touched it and now having issues once I didn’t buy their product - don’t trust they are shady / the say they have no record of me because I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mom that they tried to take advantage of.
Dont ever get near this Company! He came out an blew our circuit board and tried to hot wire it to cover his mistake which blew the motor. He then walked up to us and said he couldn't fix it and drove off. This guy is a scammer! It is no surprise his ratings are so low on so many websites. Stay away from this Company.
Gregg came out and honestly diagnosed the problem with my old unit, it was not worth fixing. The following day he completely replaced the old indoor and outdoor units in a very professional manner. Not just a sloppy fast install but a I care and am doing this as if it was his own home job. My property was clean and cool when he left. He is very reasonable on his prices and I feel very lucky to have found him. Also worth noting is that he travels all over, my property is in the Villages! Thanks for your service, and I will continue to recommend you.
Mr. Greggory went above and beyond helping us fix problems with our AC unit and made himself readily available, allowing for a rapid response time.
I am very happy to have found and decided to use Greggory! I was hesitant at first but then read all his reviews and moved forward with him. He installed a new unit for us. He was very accommodating moving his schedule around to get our family air as it's Florida in the summertime!! He was prompt, professional, hard working and most of all, HONEST AND CARING. I would recommend highly and will be using him in the future.
Extremely knowledgeable and will to walk you through your entire system. If you pay attention you will learn what you should be getting out of your system and what your system is actually giving you. Very helpful.
Greg was amazing he came and evaluate my AC unit and provided plenty of options for repair/replacement. We walked me through everything and taught me a lot about my system in general. I will never use another company for my hvac needs again.
