Not sure why it says they’re open 24/7 when literally no one answers on the weekends. Our home (a rental home) has been without AC and we have two small babies. Left us without AC in 100 degree weather for two days because no one answers the phone or they’re not open and they’re just lying saying they are on weekends.
Gregg Air once again to the rescue. Returned from an outta town trip to AC off. Home warranty co scheduled to come out in 48 hrs. Gregg air came out immediately and restored my air conditioning …🙏🏾
Gregg Air (the emergency branch, specifically) did a fantastic job helping us in a very crucial situation. We recently moved in to a new home and our rental company has been dissatisfying, to say the least. Despite the annoyances of working with our rental company, Gregg Air got our AC running after two visits. Everyone we spoke to at this company was respectful, communicative, and simply on top of it. They were personable, and made us feel validated in our situation, where no one else involved was listening to us. It had been 92° in our house for three days. With chronic asthma, and a Siberian Husky, being hot was not our only concern - it became a medical concern. Gregg Air treated this situation for what it was - an emergency. We are very very grateful to them!
Exellent company - I was out of country when needed to replace HVAC for my rental house - estimate was significantly better than other companies- I called in, approved it online and they replaced the next day (!) In my experience of dealing with AC unit problems in 3-4 different houses - this one was the quickest, easiest and stress-free solution. Thanks, guys!
As a veteran, I believe in integrity first, service before self in excellence in all I do. It is irritating when a company claims that they are veteran owned but don't have veteran qualities. I had my AC serviced yesterday and the technician "Marshall" was "pretty sure" it was the run capacitor, that at cost me over $340 for a guess. The house started to cool but not to the temperature on my thermostat. I called back early this morning and was told that in his notes (that I didn't get to see) he put that it was also probably the compressor he didn't mention that to me or my husband but said in the notes that we said we were going to wait until our warranty picked up. Not correct, I wasn't even given an option and if we wanted them to come back out and fix it we had to pay the service fee again. I won't be wasting my money on this company! I'll find a company who values veteran qualities.

Salesperson was great they were fast to get the install set up and completed. Install crew could have been a bit better but overall a good experience I would recommend them and have.
I've had them out 4 times this werk and still my ac isn't working yet I was charged 490, and 85. I'm furious

First let me say the people at Gregg are excellent. They are all very professional and efficient. The first compressor was defective , Sonny pulled five people in the next day , gave us a portable AC and fixed everything within one day. Even came in after hours to insure everything was working.
Gregg Air is currently finishing installation of my heat pump. They are professional, easy to work with and offered me a zero interest for 12 months! The ac unit worked fantastically all summer; because heating costs were too high, they are installing a heat pump now. If you need HVAC, call them. They came out to service the unit in summer and winter and are now upgrading to the heat pump to save money on heating costs. Thanks, Will Green!

Gregg Air services are absolutely amazing. Steven Spires was assigned to our account. We were grateful for him and his wonderful customer service skills. He had great energy, was very knowledgeable, he and Sonny worked very hard to give us an unbelievable price. Josh and Will installed our AC unit, furnace and insulated out attic in 4 hours. I am very, very pleased with the whole experience — Mike worked well with me on the specs and details of our HVAC replacement, and Will was great, and really hands-on. They took lots of care in finding solutions to some pretty tricky install challenges, and their pricing was unbeatable. Gregg Air takes the opposite approach from some of the borderline predatory HVAC providers. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation.
Technician was not prepared to address the problem.
We are extremely pleased with Gregg Air, LLC. The technicians took every step to be clean and put down throw covers on the carpet. When install was done, technician explained and went over the install. Will definitely use them again.
They did get my heat fixed on the 4th visit. The guys were super nice.
