Had them install Heating & Air unit 20 years ago. I call them to look at this that unit and it was dead. Kim sent me a quote and in 2 days a new unit was installed. I have used them for all services (Freon, cleaning, capacitor, what ever it takes).
I called in and spoke with Kim. She helped troubleshoot my issues over the phone and I was able to get my heating issues resolved without her team having to come to my house. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and willing to help. I'll definitely be using them in the future!
With the Arctic blast we had over Christmas, BOTH of our heating units went out. Apparently, the water/condensation trap triggered the unit to cut off and the water in the pipes froze. We called at least 5 different vendors with no response. Everyone was struggling and it was the weekend of Christmas! We found Greer's Heating and Air, called and left a voicemail. Within 10 minutes, Ms. Greer called and spent at least 20 minutes with my spouse on the phone problem-solving with him on how to fix the problem. She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to understand our setup, and she helped us figure out how to fix the problem ourselves. I am incredibly grateful to her and will forever be a Greer's Heating and Air customer!
If I could give Greer 6 stars, I would! They are by far the most responsive, professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced HVAC company I have ever worked with. We had a long term issue with our HVAC system that no other company could diagnose or fix. This issue continued for almost 8 years - and Greer fixed it without overselling to us. Others companies came out and said the system was a total loss and needed to be replaced. I am so thankful for their skill and honesty. I can't recommend them enough!

Just signed up with their Comfort Club service plan. The technicians called ahead, arrived on-time, were courteous and clean (wore booties in the house), worked efficiently and explained what I should do to keep the A/C heat exchange unit clean. I feel confident that our system is all set for the upcoming spring and summer ☀️.
We have used Greer Service Company for our heating and AC, we have always been very satisfied with their courteous, prompt service. We recently had Mike and Chance perform several tasks to get our hot tub up and running. Their work was neat and clean and they explained every step clearly when completed. Kim is a real sweetheart and has the experience and knowledge to answer questions over the phone. Kim and Dave advertise a family run business who cares about their customers well being and that's exactly how they run it! We are also on their annual plan, a smart and economical way to go!
Dave Greer and his company are always there when you need them, even in an emergency. They are a kind and caring company, unlike the national ones. They really want to make sure you are comfortable.
