We needed an efficiency test on our boiler to qualify for some of the Mass Save programs. I tried numerous places to schedule this test and found that virtually no one wanted to do this because we did not buy the boiler from them. I finally found an HVAC company that didn't do this test but that highly recommended Greenpoint. This may have been the best recommendation I ever got! I called and was immediately able to speak to the owner, Matt, who was able to explain and schedule the job. Matt and his son Ross were able to test, tune, and repair our boiler. They were able to provide us a printout of the before and after results. I later needed them for another job and was again very pleased with the work Matt and his sons Ross and Ben did. I very much like and appreciate that Matt thoroughly explained the theory and reasons for everything he did. He encouraged me to watch and question things because "it's your house ". Matt and his team made me very comfortable with their attitude, professionalism, and encouragement to call for anything at any time. I truly feel that they always have the customers best interests in mind.

I could not be happier with matt and his son ross. They are super professionals. They went above, and beyond to install my boiler on time. Very clean install. Very quiet & efficient. If you are looking for any plumbing needs, or heating related work. Call them up right away! Its really hard nowadays to find someone reliable to get the job done on time. Espcially with how clean, and efficient they were.

Ended up needing a new water heater but Matt and his son spent several hours trying to get my water heater fixed but nothing worked so we ended up with a new water heater. He explained everything very clearly to me what he had tried and was extremely honest. It’s rare to find a company that responds quickly and gets quality work done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company!
Greenpoint has been out to my residence for 2 different issues. Very professional, quick to come out, and very nice people. Highly recommended. They've always answered and given me up to date time frames for arrival.
As new homeowners, my husband and I were in need of a reliable plumber in the area - luckily we found Matt & his sons. Matt and his sons did some extensive plumbing work in my new home build from start to finish. Their work has been flawless. Always professional, polite and on time. I will for sure be using Greenpoint Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone in need of a good reliable plumber.
Initially when I reached out to Greenpoint Plumbing, Matt was super nice. I contacted Matt because I wanted to convert my electric stove to gas and have a gas line run from the unit 12 ft up through the kitchen floor. Matt told me the earliest he could come was after 4pm Monday, 6/13. Matt had asked if I would send him a text to remind him of our discussion, so I did. Around 12pm, on 06/13 - i sent Matt a quick text to confirm we were still on for after 4pm today and that I had to leave my house by 530pm to get to an apt. Matt called me and was extremely rude saying that - He is a sole business owner and up on a ladder and I am shooting off text messages like fire and he could not commit to be there by 530pm. He doesn't know when he would be able. He very rudely said, why don't you just call when you get home and he would see if he could come. Again, I had committed to after 4pm - just not past 530pm. With his huge attitude, I politely said not to worry and I would find another company. If you are thinking of doing business with this company, I would reconsider. Totally unprofessional.
Matt and his team at Greenpoint Plumping & Heating have exceeded my expectations with the work they have done at my employers office. After calling multiple plumbing facilities in the area, Matt's company was the only company willing to come fix the plumbing in a short amount of time. Also what seemed to be am overflow of the toilet in the beginning Matt discovered a large pipe leakage and blockage in the basement. He immediately sent his employees and they worked on it for less than 24 hours. The price was reasonable for the job that was done and most importantly he educated myself on the cause of the issue to prevent further issues in the future. Lastly, his entire team was friendly. I will be calling him for other issues we need resolved. Thank you Matt and your team!!!!! You are the best!- Brittany

Matt and Ross were fantastic. Responded quick, diagnosed and fixed the issue right away. Fantastic people to work with. I really appreciate how seriously Greenpoint takes their customer's concerns. Supporting a local family owned Business is a huge plus too.
Heard about Greenpoint through my sister in law, who had nothing but great things to say about Matt. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and explained everything he was going to do. The work he did was incredible. New outdoor spigots and shutoffs, as well as installing a new kitchen faucet with new shutoffs under the sink. Everything looks great. We will definitely be using Greenpoint again, along with recommending them to anyone looking for a great plumber.
We worked with Greenpoint to have our new hot water heater installed. Upon first notice, we immediately noticed how thorough Matt was with his explanation so that we would understand what exactly was needed. On the day of the installation they were on time, courteous and professional. Matt made sure to answer any questions we had during the process. I would recommend them to anyone who needs work done in their own home.
Highly recommended for plumbing services!!! Matt came out the same day to assess my problem and then set up an appointment for me within two days to fix my pipes! Pleasant, professional, great value! I had been looking for a good plumber in my area. Greenpoint came up as a referal on a local fb page. I decided to give Matt a try based on the reviews I had read. I am happy to say that I have found a very good plumber! Both my husband and I are very satisfied with the quality of work, Matt's friendliness and professionalism. His prices are fair and reasonable for the job involved. He replaced a pressurized water pipe reinforcing and stabilizing it. He straightened out my bathtub drain pipe fixing the slant so the water flows down and drains better. He installed a new showerhead, faucet on/off handle and new drain. The following day my refrigerator water tubing sprung a big leak. I called Matt and within the hour he called right back and arrived shortly after. Matt's son Ross was with him assisting. He was polite and professional and I was highly impressed by this young man of 19. They replaced the tubing and inserted a shut off valve from the water main. Very thankful to have found them and highly recommend to anyone in need of a plumber. Great job Matt and Ross- thanks again!
