Responsive to phone calls, got me scheduled sooner than expected. Luckily the repair was fixed on the spot and before a major cold front. I have worked with green mountain before & had a great experience then as well. Highly recommend.

I hired Scott to replace my furnace and A/C. He was incredibly personable, honest, and trustworthy throughout the whole process. Weeks before it was scheduled to take place, my pilot light went out on my existing furnace, and he stopped by within 5 minutes to show me how to relight it. Just an overall stand-up guy.

I had this company give me a quote on 9/14. They promised a quote by Wednesday afternoon. I did not receive a quote. I called in and requested the quote. They promised to send a quote by today. The day came and went. No quote. I finally received a Quote but it was a day late.

Scott was absolutely amazing to work with. I had a new AC installed with a UV air purifier. He was very reasonable, responsive, and truly cared about his customers. Many bigger companies came and said I needed to spend so much money and get a new furnace. My furnace is completely fine and not old. Scott instantly said my furnace was in great shape and no point in replacing it. He had my best interest in mind. It's very hard to find great people to work with and businesses that are trustworthy. I'm glad I found a local small business to service my AC needs. I'll use Scott from here on out for all of my HVAC needs. Thanks Scott!

We were really looking forward to working with Scott when he came out to give us a bid for our renovation. He is a very personable guy and comes across very trustworthy. We talked through the schedule for our project and he said everything sounded good. The only reason I am giving him a 2 star is because we were counting on him to help us with this renovation, and after multiple attempts (email and phone), we couldn't get a hold of him and we didn't receive a reply. Very disappointing. We ended up having to scurry to find someone else who could do this work for us on short notice in order to meet our schedule. If you are able to get a hold of Scott to do the work, I am sure he will do a great job. Unfortunately, we weren't able to get that experience.

10/27/2020: Scott arrived ten minutes after I called as an appointment of his just cancelled. Scott was able to troubleshoot problem in 5 minutes. Simple fix that I didn't catch. I asked Scott, should I just service the furnace while you are here? He replied, no it's clean and was serviced last year. (not by him by the way) These old-school businesses and owners rarely exist in 2020. He is one of the good one's left! Honest!!! Great customer service. He has earned my business for life! If you want an honest fair service, call Scott. Scott would not accept any money because he resolved the problem so quickly. Just crazy honest, and it was freezing outside and setting cold temperature records.

Scott installed a Nest thermostat which replaced an old analog one. He did a great job, and had everything up and running quickly. The new thermostat is very nice. I’m happy that I contacted his company.

I’ve had Scott out a few times to fix my very old furnace and A/C. He’s always able to come out within a day or two, always identifies the issue quickly and correctly, and charges a reasonable fee.

On October 24, 2019, I had 2 appointments with Scott for him to come out and service my 2 rental houses. I wanted to have him go out and clean furnaces and make sure they were ready for the winter. He called that day and said he had to cancel because he had no heat service calls. I said fine and he was scheduled to come out next Thursday, October 31st. Then on the 27th of October, the furnace of 1 of the houses stopped working. I called Scott to come out and fix it because now I had a "no heat emergency"! I called him 4 times and left voicemails explaining that he was supposed to have come out the Thursday before and cancelled on me. I received NO CALL back. I got a hold of another company who took care of the situation. Now it is a week later and I still have not heard from Scott or any other person at Green Mountain heating. This company is not there when you need them.

My furnace stopped working and I noticed it had a Green Mountain sticker on it. I called and spoke to Scott who took the time to walk me through all the steps to fix it. He was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable, and didn't charge me a dime! Talk about a business doing the right thing! Thanks Scott!

Scott just came by on a moments notice to fix our furnace. Very reasonable cost of labor. Very nice guy. Will do business with him again for sure.

I woke up this morning with snow and no heat. My wife was not pleased. I called Green Mountain Heating on a friend's recommendation and they were great! They were very friendly on the phone. They fit me into their schedule found the part that I could not without ordering it, and had my house warm when I got home. Fast and clean. Thanks!
