I cannot say enough how thankful I am for Green Horizon. My AC went out and they got someone out right away! The team who came to work on my unit were very professional and did a great job at explaining what was going on. Also, I love shouting out veteran owned businesses! As a veteran myself, I appreciate their service to our country and of course, now to their community. Thank you so much!
Team at Green Horizon One Hour is the best. From the call service to the technicians. Responsive, concerned, accommodating, knowledgeable. I highly recommend for HVAC needs! We worked with Kerry and Anthony who worked fast to get us up and running.

He came a little late, but it is a heat wave the day after a holiday. But he was super nice, competent, and quick to get the job completed! He explained the situation well. The ac was back on in no time!!
I don't like writing negative reviews, but in this case I have to warn you. They sent a technician who spent a grand total of about 5 minutes to "diagnose" my AC system (for a $100 fee) before telling me I should just replace it. They promptly sent me a price quote for a new AC unit without even taking time to truly diagnose my existing system or my house. It's clear their goal was to just sell me a new (very expensive) AC unit. I decided to get a second opinion from a different company (in South Durham), who turned out to be much more professional, thorough, and honest. My AC is now working like a dream again (no new unit needed). I will say, however, the people from Green Horizon One Hour were friendly, timely and polite.

On time and responsive - best aspect Frank arrived just before the 4th of July holiday weekend, he added liquid refrigerant and checked the return filter to insure the unit kept us comfortable. Thank You!

Moses was very helpful in answering all of my questions and providing me with a better understanding of my options as far as how to handle my A/C unit being on its way out. He did a great job with the new system installment; he provided excellent communication and was timely.

Attic insulation - and the difference in the comfort level of our home has been remarkable. I wish I had done it sooner! Everyone from Green Horizon was great to work with - from the estimate by Bobby to the scheduling and such by others, to the two Julio's who did the actual insulation job. I couldn't be more pleased! And the rates were definitely better than other estimates I got. Very much recommend!

Bobby Ferrell came out to give me a quote on attic insulation and sealing after Duke Energy had recommended those actions. So refreshing to hear my house has good insulation and any investment in upgrading wouldn't reap much savings or comfort enhancements. While I didn't technically use the company for a paid service, Bobby's honesty and professionalism would make me use this company in the future, should I have a need.

The tech (Charlie) was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all honest. The is the best a/c service I have received in 10 years of owning a home!! Return visit, with parts to complete the repair. Charlie was courteous and prompt. The repair was completed before I knew it. I'm so glad he told me about the maintenance membership. It saved us hundreds already!! Well, today they came back for our checkup. Jason did an amazing job and found a little problem before it became a big problem! Thanks guys!
