Very sketchy company. The HVAC guy Mike was a clear alcoholic who smelled like booze on the job. Would not recommend these people for anything. Ross the owner should sell cars he’s so slick.
GHS did "air sealing" in our home which improved the temperature control. They also installed a new Lennox heat pump and air handler which cost $8633 in April 2017. The unit required repairs in the first 2 months which GHS performed. Recently (5 years later), the air handler coil began leaking and now needs replacement. I called GHS and left 3 messages explaining my situation but they did not have the courtesy or professionalism to return my calls. I had to engage another HVAC company which is certified by Lennox to do the work. They obviously are not responsive when there are issues with the equipment. I would not recommend them
I'll just paste the same thing I did on Yelp.... This is my first house that has ever had what called a heat pump heating system. The tech from Green Home Solutions explained just exactly what it was, and how it worked. I was clueless at first, but now it's making a little bit more sense. Let me say, Green Home Solutions is a great company, I found them through PECO. If you have natural gas at your house, you should contact GHS about whats called a 2-stage heating system. It's a little complex for me, but I just know that I save money. That means a lot in New Hope. Its expensive to live in this Philly region
