I contacted and scheduled for a technican to service my central air system. Technican Bobby came and was absolutely wonderful. He waa patient and took his time to explain how my system works. We went on an expedition to find my return vent since it was not as obvious or well placed thanks to the previous home ower. All in all i will use this company again. I am pleased with not only the price but the service as well.

5 stars just isn’t enough. 10 out of 10 hands down. Bobby installed my split heat/ac unit and it came out great. He was very professional and did an amazing job. Bobby took the extra time to walk me through how to use the unit and answered any questions I had. It is very apparent this company knows their stuff and it shows in their impeccable work. Hands down my go to company for any HVAC work.
I used Rapid before for my furnace and air conditioner. This time, my furnace wouldn’t start so I called Rapid and was able to make an appointment the same day. Bobby was great. He was very professional and very informative. He spend his time to check my furnace and made sure everything run properly. I used them before and will do from now on.
I wish I could give Corey 10 stars. I'm super late in doing this review but I've referred so many people that were super happy with his quality work and grateful. Honest and through. Did not try to up-sell me and gave a very fair price.
This review is from October 2021.We had to install a new heating panel to replace the old outdated one we had. Bobby came to install and give us some tips on keeping our heating system maintained. He was professional and very informative. I’m glad we chose this company.

I’ve had a number of jobs performed by Rapid Heating and Cooling over the years. It’s hard to find a reliable, competent, and affordable hvac services but I know I can always count on rapid heating and cooling. This weekend, my central ac condenser fan stopped working during a 90+ degree heat wave and Corey was able to stop by the same day and fix the problem. He also came back the next day to check on my ac filters and temp. On his way out he noticed a mild gas smell from my basement and recommend I call the gas company. Turned out I did have a gas leak so he was a real life saver, literally.

I decided to replace my 60 year old furnace. Bobby was fantastic, very knowledgeable, professional and reliable throughout the process. The job was done quickly, the process was easy, they handled the cleanup, and the price was reasonable. The new furnace has exceeded my expectations. Great Job.

Bobby came out to my house to fix my boiler, he discovered the issue in minutes, though it was a tough fix, he took care of it at a GREAT price compared to other companies and checked in with me after, to this day all is running great. Offered me a warranty and all. THIS GUY IS GREAT!! Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Trust my word and call them today, your in good hands.
Corey came at midnight had my heat on in 35 minutes check some other things out for me as well. Very pleased with the work. Call him. Trust me
