They replaced my old unit but I still owe $2400 for extra charges not covered by the warranty and I'm pretty stretched financially as it is
Do not use this company! First off they are scam artist if you use your warranty company and all of it covered besides labor they will charge you no less than 2,200.00 in made up expenses but that is not even the worst part they are clueless on what they are doing we had our furnace replaced which looking back probably didn't even need to be. They came out no lie 7 times after it was installed because it was not working replaced the thermostat thinking that was the problem then realized they put the wrong orfice on should have been propane not natural gas but even then it took them two trips to get the right orfice on(kept putting natural on thinking it was propane) and finally after a month of replacement we noticed we had a propane leak in the attic-called them back out said oh it was a loose fitting once we filled our propane back up because it drained we realized it was still leaking. My husband got up there to do it himself and realized they didnt even use pipe thread tape when connecting it!! They maybe nice but have no knowledge and will drain you for everything you got!!
Amazing service very attentive and professional
It’s hard to find a good trustworthy company when you are shopping for a new AC system, one that is reliable and offer a fair price. I went with Green Earth Heat and Air and they went above and beyond for me. They made sure to give me a fair price and great service. They even have followed up with me after to make sure I didn’t need anything else. I highly recommend them !
It tooka few hours to get them to my house, but took no time to find and fix the wires, and very nice people
Andrew, the owner and Fernando came to repair my system. It was wonderful. I was also very pleased with the appointment process and the guys coming out very shortly after reporting the problem. Stephany was a big help over the phone and it is a sure good company that you can’t go wrong with. I’d recommend to any of my family or friends having a/c troubles!
Fernando and Wally were the best! They spent time explaining what they were doing and didn't leave until they knew everything was working. Will definitely use them for any future issues.
I talk to Stephanie back in June and her guys came out to fix our air through our warranty well just two ish wks ago it went out again same thing I called Stephanie and she remember me so I explain I sent video and pic and Stephanie was all over it though I fought with the warranty people Stephanie stay so calm and help me with them. And communicate with me. The guys that came out to replace my unit and coils worked cleaned quick and answered all are question. I hope it don’t go out again if so I will be calling Stephanie again thank y’all
Lenny (the owner) is top notch! My air conditioner went out in the middle of summer when Fresno is at its hottest melting point. Lenny promised me that they would come out the same day to help fix my problem. He did exactly as promised and even stayed late into the evening to ensure that I had air! He fixed my problem quickly and was very affordable. His technicians were friendly and professional. I would use them again for anything that comes up.
I am very pleased with the excellent service from the Green earth guys. I called for a check on my ac system. Andrew came out and took care of me in a quick and timely fashion. My unit had some loose wires and a dirty coil. I initially called for the unit not working properly but after I seen the quick and efficient work from Andrew i knew I was in good hands. He didn't even charge me to tighten the loose wires. It's the small things that go along way. I also got a cleaning of my outside unit. He cleaned the coils for me and also re did my free on line with the padding. All in all it was an excellent experience I will definitely recommend Green Earth to my friends and family. Again I am very please with the overall professionalism and excellent service from Andrew. I have a 7month old and I cannot afford to be out in the hot. Andrew was very accommodating and made me feel like he wasn't trying to take advantage of me. All in all it was an great service and I will definitely be giving these guys a call back if my ac decides to act up
After such a struggle with our home warranty company and their vendor (of a similar name), I thought I would not get our a/c fixed for months. So grateful I accidentally called Green Earth Heat and Air. I could immediately tell the difference when I was cheerfully greeted on the phone by Stephanie. She kindly took the time to help me even though our claim was not sent to them. Later that day, I called Stephanie back to see if they could come out to give us a second bid since the other company left us with no working a/c for 3 weeks. Stephanie was able to get a team out the same day! Andrew and Fernando arrived on time and were incredibly professional. I was very impressed by how detail oriented they were about checking our system. Andrew and Fernando determined the issue quickly, installed the new part needed, and now my a/c is working again!!!! Working with Green Earth Heat and Air has been a complete god-send. We, including our fur babies, are so thankful for Stephanie, Andrew and Fernando for their kindness, thoroughness, sense of urgency, and ability to resolve our issue quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
The guys came out checked my unit and found the problem turned out to be a clog in my line everything was fast easy and efficient
Mobile experience with the guys are great Fernando Navarro was very helpful with their process of entire job throughout the completion I'd highly recommend them for anybody to use your quick efficient and work around my schedule
The technicians Andrew andFernando were outstanding very professional in every aspect of the service. Highly recommend this company will definitely be a return customer.
BEWARE!!! Michael and Jerome. If they won't give you a last name or TDLR license# you know without a doubt they are CON ARTISTS!! They not only took us for over $7000 an absolute incompetent job, but left our home in a fire hazardous condition from their incompetent work and incompatible equipment they sold us, but also damaging our attic, ceiling, furniture, and wood flooring. They also took our good working compressor unit and left the bad attic unit in the attic with exposed wiring causing a technician from an honest company we had to hire to be electrocuted! Anyone with information fitting these guys need to report immediately to Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations, BBB, Texas Attorney General office for Consumer Protection, and local athorities in your city and county. There are so many companies with almost the same name. Research who you are dealing with first! What is worse is these guys were sent to us from Choice Home Warranty. These warranty companies are not verifying who they hire as vendors. BEWARE OF WHO YOU TRUST FOR HONEST SERVICE.
