Our AC was having issues and Graydon Kouri was sent out via our home warranty. He seemed to have solved the issue and had our AC up and running within approximately an hour with no issues since then. It was our daughter’s birthday the day of our appointment and to our surprise we received a book and card for her later on in the week. So thoughtful! Thank you Graydon!
I have a home warranty with American home shield and they tried to send out some of the worst contractors I have ever seen in my life but I found this gentleman and he came out and did a fabulous job and I would recommend him to anybody
My AC unit stopped working. I called my home warranty provider. Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent out Graydon. I had my appointment In less than 24 hours. He was on time and had my unit fixed in under 20 minutes. I will use this company again and highly recommend their service.
Flaked on an appointment and said the next available appointment was next week, be aware and get it in writing Do not use.
This office receptionist that answers the phone is very rude and unprofessional! As a ex business owner of the same services I couldn’t believe that she could or would not accommodate me one hour later for service. She does not put customers first at all. She kept talking over me and would not let me talk. She is horrible customer service rep. The plumber that came out is class A. Very good. But when customer service at the office is a F+ the company fails in my opinion!
Graydon Kouri Plumbing was quick to respond and thorough in finding a leak in my attic, explaining to me all the details about the fix and then fixing it. They came as a “second opinion” from American Home Shield as the first plumber was terrible to deal with and wanted $1300 to fix the leak as they said the home warranty didn’t cover the fix. AHS covered Graydon’s work and I only had to pay my $100 deductible. Thank you!!
Technician was on time, efficient very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
Graydon Kouri was referred to us by American Home Shield to service the two leaks we had under the sink AFTER the first one they referred did not bother to call us after we waited for 3 days. Graydon Kouri called us the next day to set up an appointment the next day after they were referred to us by AHS. Their customer rep was very polite and professional. Mike was the plumber from Graydon Kouri that came the next morning. He came within the scheduled window of the appointment. As there is still a pandemic, Mike had his mask and foot covers when he came inside the house. He quickly diagnosed the first leak as a missing rubber gasket on the pipe connecting the garbage disposal to the drain pipe. The second leak was coming from the kitchen faucet, which he seemed unfixable. He took pictures and made notes that he said he will send to AHS. A week after, we got a call from Graydon Kouri to let us know that our replacement kitchen faucet has come in and they want to schedule a follow up service to install the new faucet. They even sent me a picture so we can see what the replacement faucet looked like before they came in to install. This was very good because were concerned that they will send a cheap replacement faucet. To our relief, they sent the same PricePfister faucet, but a later (newer) model. The next day the plumber Mike came back to remove the old faucet and installed the new one. It has been a week now, and there are no more leaks under the sink and the new faucet is working perfect. Overall, five stars from start to finish. We will ask for Graydon Kouri Plumbing for all our future plumbing repairs.
This company did a great job installing a new water heater, taking it up to code and did another great job installing a furnace. Very knowledgeable and professional. Easy to work with. Made the inconvenience easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this company.
We had a toilet leak and a main line blockage. Grayson kouri sent out a plumber immediately to fix the issue. They worked around our busy schedule and managed to fit us in despite the short notice. They were professional and the plumber was great at fixing our issues. Ashley, the office manager, was incredibly professional and understanding and helped us fix our issues as well. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a personable, friendly and knowledgeable company to take care of any plumbing or heating issues.
Our hot water heater was leaking and we were considering getting a new furnace and ac i set appoints to get about 10 estimates Graydon was the last appointment i had for the day but the first one out of the 10 that did not remind me of a "used car salesman" The hot water heater had to be replaced but we decided to have a new furnace and ac installed also. Graydon is very knowledgeable and thorough. Because we got the package he installed a new thermostat at no charge. Thanks again Graydon
I wonder if their Plumbers are really certified! Deserves no stars at all! Here goes my story so all possible clients will understand what I went through...When I requested my Home Warranty company to refer me to another plumbing vendor due to issues of a prior one. This co. was referred to do the job order of a possible leak/moisture build up in the Master BR closet. The call was 2/26 and I missed it. I called back right away, but seemed like their phones does not have a consistent VM set up. I called again a couple of times, finally went through and was scheduled to see my place on Wed 12-5pm. They said, they will call to confirm visit prior. No calls received and we started calling from 3-5pm because we do not know if they will still come or not. It says, no VM set up! 5:16pm came and a plumber knocked. Ok, he admitted he didnt call and he is late. This os a point against their company in regards to promptness and communication. So, we have shown him what he needs to see. My doubts got stronger when he ask me this..."so, what do you think about this?" I told him this has been seen by another plumbing co. and they said there is a possible leak! I asked him back...MY opinion does matter because this is not my field! He went to my daughter's shower area (which the opposite wall is my closet wall) , LOOKED around only and did not even turned ON the shower! Went back to my closet area and said, "I dont want to open this wall because "MY GUESS", i will not find a leak at all!" ... What? I told him straight, I WONT BET ON YOUR OPINION BECAUSE YOU ARE BASING IT ON A GUESS! My temper is starting to build up but still gave a chance to believe in their work. They made a 1x2ft hole in my wall. They found dried trace of water but no active leak and moisture. (Note: He did not turned ON the shower!) His final diagnosis was, might be the panels of the bathroom wall needs RECULKING! No matter how much we tried to believe him, my husband and I still doubted his skills. Since
Over the years our good experience with Graydon is the reason we prefer, when in need, to call him first.
