Our central air went out in the middle of a hot, hot, summer. We called the company and they were there the next day and fixed it. The technician explained what part had burned out and also checked my filter and thermostat. We slept cool that night thanks to the professional work of these guys. 👍👍
They came out and fixed my A/C about a year ago. We have had no problems since. They were very professional and went out of their way to help us out! I would definitely recommend them and I will use them again if needed!
They did 100% wonderful job in a timely matter. And if something goes wrong with the system they will come out immediately to check and fix it I will recommend a service to everyone keep up the good work

Put in the ac system in an eight thousand square ft building. Saved us from making a mistake and sold us the proper equipment we needed and did the installation with no problem and has serviced it ever since. Very happy with Graves Heat and Air

Our AC stopped running at 10pm and after calling close to 10 other company’s I came across Graves AC. Within 2 hr (bc they were on another job) they made it out to the house and had us back up and running for a fair price being that late at night! Super quick and super friendly. Defiantly will us them again!
Had an issue with my ac, the compressor locked up. Kenneth was very professional, explained the issue to me, gave me the options available. Repairs were done quickly and now I have a working AC unit! Would definitely recommend for any ac issues and use in the future.
Completely unprofessional. Called and reported on of their drivers driving wreck less on the freeway as it was pouring rain. The driver almost hit my car with two small children in the back. When I called to report to their company so they could fix the issue they proceeded to ARGUE with me. Horrible horrible service based off of how they talked down to me and didn’t even attempt to fix the issue. 10/10 would NEVER use this company.
My condenser unit died a week ago. My wife's co-worker had just replaced their unit for over $8000. I went with Grave's on a referral from a friend, and had a new unit installed for about a quarter of the price, with a ten year warranty. The new unit was installed in about an hour. Great crew and great service.
They were AMAZING! I called at 2pm and they were here by 5pm. It’s turned out to be a bigger project but they were so gracious - they worked overtime and even had to run back to the warehouse for parts. I have a 10 month old son and it was 81 degrees in the house. I was desperate and there were so accommodating. Great service- fair cost. Highly recommend.
They were in and out the same day they were called! The owner texted me to follow up and make sure everything went alright. Great service and they fixed the issue!
They installed a complete new heat and air system last june.duct work and all.we sold the house a few months later.the people that bought it have had trouble with leaks, and other breakdowns. They won't stand behind there work. I would never use them for anything.
