Honest, reliable & knowledgeable! Joe saved the day for us. We called him late morning asking if he could fix a non-working thermostat situation. He got us into his schedule later that day and took care of the job efficiently and for a very good price. Rewind to earlier that morn, we had Horizon come out but what a mistake. Aside from their tech pushing us on a new system constantly, he was incredibly unprofessional and gave us a bunch of false info regarding what repairs were needed. He also over aggregated what had to be done and the costs were ridiculous (in the thousands). Having basic knowledge of hvac systems, I knew something was off so we told horizon to leave. Joe was in and out for $100 and even checked over the system for us to make sure all was good to go. Of course just about everything horizon said was not true. Highly recommend Grauber HVAC!!
Great company! We've been in contact with Tony at Grauber Heating & Air conditioning LLC for HVAC service and such and he has always been accessible by phone and quick to return our calls. His professionalism is amazing. We can't give enough praise, and we're not the easiest to impress.
1st time using Joe, he came out on a cold sat. night 9pm and diagnostic the problem very professional and friendly HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Our boiler stopped working and we didn't realize until it was almost 10pm and our house was 40 degrees and dropping in the middle of winter. I googled 24hr repair services and found Grauber Heating & AC. Joe answered the first time I called, was at my house within 40 min in my basement trying to diagnose what was wrong. He was very thorough since the reason it wasn't working was not obvious. He found the problem, got the part, and fixed it promptly. I was incredibly impressed with his expertise and service. He also taught me what I need to do to routinely maintenance my system (since I knew absolutely nothing about it) and there was no upcharge for him having to come after what "normal" business hours are. Would highly recommend this company and will be using time and time again for any heating/AC needs.

I had thought I had a small problem, turns out I needed a total replacement, Joe was thorough in explaining to me step by step what he was going to do, he put my mind at ease. Also got it done quickly neatly and worked with my schedule!!!
My heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I had called Grauber Heating and AC and they were at my house that morning. Extremely helpful, courterous, reliable, and it didn't break the bank. Would highly recommend.

Finding a good contractor can be tough. I’m very fortunate that I found Joe Grauber to help me with all my HVAC needs. He is professional, honest, and fair. He works hard and his prices are very reasonable. In addition to having years of experience in his field, he spent nearly a decade serving our country in the Army. His experience shows in his high quality finished product.
Ran into an emergency situation and in this weather that is definitely not a good thing. Placed a late night call out to Joe Grauber - he came out promptly the next morning and fixed my issues in a short amount of time and saved me a lot of stress - great pricing and awesome service.
Grauber Heating & Air Conditioning LLC is consistently outstanding! I have called several times, sometimes for information, others for service. The service has been prompt and efficient. They have never tried to upsell me. I would recommend to family or a friend every time!
Needed a fix late night for my heating system due to how cold it's been didn't want to wait, called and talked to the owner within an hour he was at my house and this was close to midnight. He came in found and fixed the issue and was nothing but pleasant the entire time. I would recommend giving him a call saves you some money as well.
