Jeremy was knowledgeable, professional, and even better than on time, he was early! I woke up to find a leak under my air conditioner and Jeremy was able to come diagnose the issue, obtain the necessary parts and fix it all in the same afternoon, and somehow made the whole process enjoyable. Would 100% recommend.
Jeremy tuned up my HVAC for the season and I was very happy with his service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and invested in making sure my A/C was working! Definitely will call him again for any future service on my HVAC.

Jeremy from Grassroots offered to help my condo building with an HVAC problem when we were in a real pinch. He was very professional and responsive, which is especially important since we were not able to get ahold any other professionals on such short notice during the holidays. Although we did not end up needed his services because the problem was resolved otherwise, I'd highly recommend him for your HVAC needs and I will be calling on him for other services in the future! The best in the biz!! Our building downtown has a double boiler system serving 49 individual heat pumps. A prior HVAC service company sold out community a bag of goods, telling us we had some exotic system that was difficult to work on, and ripping off individual homeowners and the entire building for years. When HOA leadership changed, we brought in a new HVAC company, and they referred Grass Roots for the individual homeowner repairs. I’m president of the board now, and when a few homeowners reached out to me asking who to call, Jeremy at Grass Roots was one of the names I gave them, along with our prior provider and also someone I found on my own a few years ago. Jeremy came in at a better price, but more importantly, with a much more honest assessment of what was actually needed. He saved my neighbors thousands, and saved my one neighbor a $12k replacement by fixing it instead for less than $400. Give these guys a try…they’ll respond very quickly and won’t let you down. Here is one of the heat pump units they installed in a day for a lot less than anyone else would. AWESOME!!

My AC compressor went out early June and I was given a repair date over a month out by several AC companies in the Denver area. The appointments were just for initial consultations which means the time to actually get it repaired would have been around a 6-8 weeks. I luckily got in touch with Jeremy from a friend/neighbor and he was available and surprisingly grateful for my call asking for his help. This was such a relief because this was during the longest streak of 100+ degree days in denver for quite some time. It was regularly 90 degrees inside my place at night and hotter during the days. Jeremy fixed my AC so quickly and I can’t thank him enough. He also came in low on the pricing and told me this was because he had accidentally underestimated the replacement price but was willing to honor the underestimated price. As a small business owner myself, I know how tough it can be, when you’re doing the work and costly mistakes come up. I was happy to pay full price because his services are worth every bit and more. I consider Jeremy a friend and refer him to everyone that ever has a need HVAC related and he’s taken care of many of my friends too. He’s a good human and great at his job. Strongly recommend
