Finding the right company to install a boiler isn’t easy. However, Nick is so knowledgeable of boiler systems that using Grand Park Heating and Cooling to do our boiler install was our obvious choice. Nick and his team exceeded our expectations. They even crawled in our attic to adjust our air handler as he noticed something was wrong.

Nick and his team did a great job getting us a new super efficient duel fuel furnace and heat pump. Their attention to detail was impressive as well as their clean up. Most contractors leave little scraps and wire bits all over. Not Grant Park Heating & Cooling, everything was cleaned up immaculately. When it first started getting cooler and the heat pump kicked in for the first time it was working but didn't seem to be working as well as I expected. I texted Nick and he and his team came over that day. Identified that there was a firmware issue and fixed the problem within hours. Their service, professionalism, and attention to detail is absolutely top-notch.
Nick was the absolute best person I could have gotten for our heat pump installation. His (and his teams) professionalism and industry knowledge is top notch. They were friendly, courteous, and thoughtful of our time and space. Legitimately, these guys were beyond my best hopes when I was hunting for an HVAC professional. More than this though, maybe the most important aspect for me... Nick is curious, and hungry for knowledge. He asks questions, and spitballs ideas with you as you try to plan out your design layout. If he didn't know an answer to your question, he won't pretend to know, he'll tell you that he's gonna find out (and then actually does!). I whole heartedly recommend that you go with Grant Park Heating & Cooling... if I could give these guys 6 stars, I would.
Nick and team are the absolute experts when it comes to home energy efficiency, period. Talking to Nick for a few minutes will show you just how knowledgeable and passionate he is about doing things the right way. I wanted to explore the option of replacing an old gas furnace with a new heat pump, and Nick walked me through each consideration, step by step. Although it didn't make sense for my personal situation in this instance, he was instrumental in guiding my decision from there. I couldn't even imagine working with anyone else, so we moved forward with installing a new high-efficiency furnace and smart thermostat for our tenants. If you're like me, you know that energy efficiency and beneficial electrification is the way of the future; Nick and team are poised to lead this effort with their wealth of knowledge, cutting-edge expertise, and care for the customer. I will look solely to Grant Park Heating & Cooling for any and all future heating/cooling needs. Thank you, Nick!
Grant Park heating and cooling were exceptional. Could not have been more please with Nick and his s team. The job was huge with removing two eighty year old furnaces and installing new furnaces and air in my duplex. They were on time every day during the 4 day job, cleaned up as they went along, never a disruption. They were professional in ever aspect of the job. And the price was right for what I was looking for, no added cost. Thank you Nick, now looking forward to Winter with my new furnace.
I received Grant Park's phone number from a friend of mine. I called and made an appointment to the next day for a quote to replace my old AC unit. When Nick arrived, he inspected everything, gave me a quote and I accept on the spot. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and customer oriented. He ordered the unit and it was installed within 3 days. After the install, I noticed that the air was not moving as strong as it was with the old unit. I called Nick again and he came over the next day, checked everything out everything, did some adjustments to the new unit, checked all of my ducts to make sure there were no blockages, suggested that I have some extra returns installed. I had him do that and he also readjusted all of my vents so now all of my rooms are the same temperture. The are no hot or cold spots. After all he had already done for me, he took the time to check back with me to make sure that all was working well. I would highly recommend Grant Park to all in need of replacement or repair. He is now my sole go to guy for any HVAC work.
