We had an emergency when our furnace went out right around Christmas. Grant Heating & Cooling came out to do an estimate within 2 hours from the time we spoke with them over the phone and their rate quote was best by far out of 4 or 5 different quotes we received from other companies in the area. They came out very next morning and installed a new furnace and we had a warm house again! Grant Heating and Cooling was very professional, knowledgeable and did a lot of extra work without charging anything in addition (our old furnace was installed inside the walls which made an access to it almost impossible, but Grant Heating & Cooling did a great job without any complaints and installed everything as promised without any additional charges. This was definitely a custom install, new re-routing piping, new airbox relocation, etc with no room to work with around the furnace - clearly it wasn't a standard install and required lots of experience which they obviously had and applied here to make it look easy, when in reality this could have been a total nightmare. So whenever similar to our emergency occurs - I would strongly recommend to check with Grant Heating & Cooling and at least get a rate quote from them before you chose your contractor for work needed to be done. They had best price and availability, great service, quick and professional. Definitely met and exceeded my expectations and earned my future business! Strongly recommend! We just had our furnace & water heater changed by Grant Heating, 2 workers came over and they did the job perfectly! They are experienced and thoughtful, they gave us professional suggestions and tell us why while we were confused what to do. After they finished the job they cleaned up everything and made my place looked exactly like before! And another important thing needs to be mentioned is the price is quite a fair! I'd love to recommend them to anyone in need.
