Lack of responsiveness and communication

I've had at least 3 different heating companies come over to figure out why my heating and air conditioning was cold in some areas of the house vs other. I talked with Brian and he knew right way while I was having this issue. He came by the house with one of his men and fixed my problem within a 1/2 hour. WOW I was impressed. Life is much better now with even temps around the house, my son couldn't believe it either. Great job and fast service. I guess you know who my new go to is for all my heating issues. Way to go Brian.
I got 4 estimates an Granite State Heat Pump was by far the most knowledgeable about the product an the benefits that I will get out of the heating system he sold me.
