Their quick scheduling made me so happy. They only assigned a technician who's capable to handle the needed repairs. My dad and I were so happy with the service they provided. Very impressive service from this guy. The dispatcher was able to book me an appointment on the same day and the technician arrived on time. He quickly performed my ac heating repair needs. These guys are the best. We've had a bum system in our home that hasn't performed for years we've had a few companies come out and look at it and sell us things we didn't need.Tech came out and was honest and made it easy for us to understand the issue. They just installed our new system and they did a great job. They worked hard and quickly so we wouldn't be without our AC. He ran extra tests to make sure our new system performs the best it can. I'm so glad I took the advice of the other reviewers and called Grand AC Repair.
