Fast Effective Service! Grafton AC was reffered to me by my handyman and before that I had a hard time getting someone over to take a look at the AC unit for me, Grafton arrived took a quick peek and fixed issues all in one Hour time. Steven Grafton and his crew have been repairing and maintaining the HVAC units in our two office buildings in Sorrento Mesa for the last several years. In our 3-story atrium building, his maintenance programs for our 20 heat pump units have saved us thousands in repairs. In our older two-story building, he has maintained 18 gas pack units well beyond their normal life cycles due to astute problem-solving. He is technology savvy, with a detailed understanding of the complexity of modern components. He is responsive -- always calls us back the same day. He is ethical in all his business dealings. He's also quite likeable, which is always a plus in this work-a-day world.
Amazing customer service, detail oriented, and knowledgeable. Great installation at a fair and reasonable price. Always met or exceeded expectations. Friendly, respectful, courteous, and left the place looking as good as they found it. Would highly recommend for any HVAC needs! We could not be happier.
