On time, Cameron was very helpful in explaining to me what happened (I'm a renter) and a simple clean of the drain was what was needed. He was very nice, smiled alot and efficient. I appreciate this when a service technician comes into my home! He also let me know that their company does not charge extra for Sunday calls, whereas most do. What a great attribute this gentleman is to the company, as well as not charging extra for emergencies after hours. Definite recommendation from me for Grace for family and friends!!

Joseph Deguerre has Great response time and excellent customer service, one that is very hard to find now a days. The best part is no hidden cost, no scary talk, no sales push. He only focus on customer satisfaction. If anything needs to change, they will give you multiple options to choose from. You are the decision-maker. Now let's come to their response. They respond very fast, on time, keep commitments. I will not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He always go above and beyond to satisfy his customer. What an honest A/C company. They were on time, honest and professional. No sales tactics either. I have not had an A/C company as honest as them.
Grace Heating and Cool was very professional and competent. They assisted us in every way possible. The reason I like this company is because they were not eager to sell us a unit, they trouble shot and gave us options. The process was much more extensive than service calls I have had in the past.
