Ive had them out twice to look at my split unit. They fixed it the first time but a few months later it started leaking oil down the wall. The guy came over for 5 minutes said it wasnt freon and left. We got charged $65 for that and he said he cleaned it out when it was actually my husband who cleaned it. Not all that great....
Edgar and his crew have always given us great service, even under trying circumstances. Marvin did a great job for us recently. Greatly appreciate them.

Awesome. Always a pleasure to have then out for simple repair work, or even to have my a/c tuned up and cleaned.
I paid a Hugh amount of money for these people to install an AC unit. It was wonderful! A year later it stops working and Grace is conveniently not available to take care of the problem. I called them at 8am. When I had heard nothing from them I called at 4. They then told me they couldn’t make it out to fix it and they don’t work weekends. Gee.. that would have been nice to know earlier and I only knew because I called them. I called Winkleman’s and they were there in 10 minutes. It was, of course, warranty repairs but I had to pay $279. I guess my $12,000 didn’t make me a valued customer to Grace. This is very disappointing!!

Really not for me. The people working there are really nice but mine and my unit didn't get out needs met by this establishment. They went to my home in several occasions but summer after summer even 3 times in the summer my unit wasn't fixed. But that is just my experience.
Slow with communication but they do work with you. They do not work Saturdays.
AHS sent these guys (BOOO) Bedside manner is awful, lectured me on why I kept my thermostat so low?? also broke the seal on my 15 year old A/C and left it saying I needed a new Coil plus upgrade and that my HOW would not pay for it. So I called 3 other reputable companies, and found out that I was now in for a new unit $10K later. Do not use these folks, waive them off.
NEVER USE!!! Terrible services, overcharged on freon, and stated he "had to charge me" $75 service call because my Home Warranty required it, otherwise he would only have charged me $40.00. Lied to me about the average price of freon and charged me 3 times the amount other companies charged. I filed a complaint with the Home Warranty Company regarding this vendor. Apparently with Home Warrant of America, he can perform work up to $1000 at home owners expense without having to notify the company in advance. Never returned my calls or emails afterwards once I found out all the overpricing. He also appeared VERY sketchy on arrival, money hungry, and rushing for the sale.
