I can’t say enough good about this company. Our HVAC and coil went out. They were honest about the price and didn’t try to over sell us. Fixed the issue within hours. I will never even think of using anyone else. Damon is a true professional and phenomenal at what he does!

Grace air and heat replaced our outdoor capacitor and got us cooling.
Company was assigned through American Home Shield due to the temperature in the house was higher than the thermostat was set. Also, the unit was making a loud humming noise which I was advised from Grace Air to turn off (Friday) until they could get there on Monday. The tech went into great detail about how the liquid line was too large in comparison to the line going into the house and this would cause the compressor to fail eventually. The unit is 10 years old and existed when I bought the home 2 years ago. It’s a Goodman and the compressor is registered and has a lifetime warranty which I found out later through a reputable company. Long story short, to fix the loud noise this tech and I’m assuming owner (he’s the only tech) folded up a piece of cardboard and wedged it between the metal on the unit to make it quiet. It still hums. Secondly, did not check to see if the Freon was low which I suspected was leaking. Then he told American Home Shield his wrong liquid line theory so now American Home Shield is denying coverage. Thanks Grace Air. I’ve disputed and requested a second opinion from a recognizable and reputable company. Thank God my compressor has a lifetime warranty! Grace Air didn’t think to check that before they sabotaged my home warranty with wrong information.
Technician was experienced and knowledgeable. Immediately knew what the problem was and took quick corrective action to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody that is experiencing air conditioning issues this summer It is a need of service.

We called Grace air & heat when our thermostat was acting up. The technician showed up a day in advance from our original appointment. He diagnosed the problem and other underlying issues! He works quick and communicates well ! 10/10 recommend for your A/C issues!

My condenser went out and the temperature inside got so hot. Since it was the end of the week I thought i’d have to wait till the next week, but I called and they were able to get me in that day and by that night it was cool again. They were very professional and understanding when I was hot and frustrated!!! Amazing company!
