Tony was amazing......showed up on time and fixed our A/C unit in 10 minutes. Tony was amazing to deal with and we hope that if we ever need assistance again that Tony is the one who shows up. Thanks Tony and Gotham Air you guys ROCK!!!!!

Great service although they could have had better communication with my home warranty company to get my AC fixed faster. Even the lady who answered the phone answered promptly and helped me. Tony did an amazing job communicating with me about what was going on and his team got my hair working crisply❄️
Gotham air is great company and they're Veteran owned. Provided great service and fair prices. Tony is awesome and has a deep knowledge of his trade. You're not gonna find a better AC service than Gotham Air.
Home Choice Warranty sent this company to fix my ac, unfortunately I had a bad experience with their services, the technician stated first I have a burned cable due to a short, then later on he sent to the Home Warranty an statement stating that my compressor failed and needed to be replaced or fixed it. Of course the home warranty denied the claim, and then this company sent me a quotation for $2,400, calling me to offer the service right away. I used to have always a 2nd opinion, I hired another company, they check my ac, and ended up my compressor was working fine, even the ac is working now, the issue was the cable touched the steel cover, and then a short happened. My ac is working just fine, and I contacted the Home Warranty explaining the situation and gave them a chance to investigate it, but after a week of not news, I decided to post this review. The second company is willing to discuss with this company the issue and confirm the compressor was tested and working properly. I hope you always have a 2nd opinion in a big repair, I can't imagining paying $2,400 for something that was working properly. I had a fella by the name of Ivan come out to fix my A/C yesterday. Around 9pm I realized My unit was not blowing cool air. I have a home warranty and they assigned Gotham Air LLC. Long story short, they came out by 10am the next morning. Ivan explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to get it up and running like it should, and he fixed it. He was very informative and I liked that he didn’t try to sell me anything or try to get me to pay for other things. My AC unit is the original one from when I bought my home in 2004, so it’s 16 years old. That being said, he could have pitched the “buy a new unit” claim but he didn’t. I really appreciate that because every time I’ve had other companies come out to fix it, they always try to get me to replace it because it’s older. Ivan was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Gotham Air LLC and Ivan!

Generally speaking, home warranty contractors aren't reliable nor very professional, but that isn't the case with Gotham, and thus my need to give them a review. Ivan called ahead of coming and showed up on-time. He was friendly, professional, and got my HVAC running again. In 18 years of real estate, I've seen a lot of contractors, and not many I'd recommend. I definitely recommend Gotham.
Our AC went out ~7 PM in the middle of the hot Phoenix Summer and it was getting hot real fast inside the house. Tony, the owner, came out in LESS THAN 24 HOURS. He diagnosed the problem within about 10 seconds of opening up the unit and had me running again in less than an hour. He is certainly a rare find as you could tell that he wasn't just trying to sell me a brand new unit- it was just an easy fix and much cheaper than a new unit. I appreciate his help and I will certainly be calling him again next time anyone I know has an AC issue.
Tony and the crew at Gotham Air are amazing! Nothing like working with a veteran owned business. If you need your air conditioner repaired or replaced, you need to give them a call! They were by far the best price in the valley!

I was able to get Gotham over to figure out what was going on with our unit right away. I had called several companies and they were absolutely outrages and rude! I called Tony because my friend has recommended this company and I am so happy I did. He is honest and finishes the job within a reasonable amount time. Moving forward, I will be using Gotham Air from here on out.
Tony with Gotham Air has been working on the chillers and air conditioning units at our office for several years (dating back to his previous employer). Even when he worked for a company, we always requested Tony exclusively as he was knowledgeable about our non-standard system of chillers. He is honest, friendly, fair and will always explain the issues before doing any repairs. He he shows up on time, communicates well, and does not do unnecessary repairs just to charge extra. Myself and several employees also use Tony for air conditioning repairs at our houses. I highly recommend Tony and Gotham Air.

They don't finish or follow up on work. They make excuses and put you off as well hanging up on you. They are bullies on the phone. Do not use them.
