Chris did a great job! He came out over the weekend & quickly diagnosed our AC problem. I had my old AC guy come take a look & he agreed with the diagnosis. He couldn’t put in a new AC until around August & we couldn’t wait. Chris then installed all new AC & heater at a reasonable price & the next week! He also fixed some leaking gas lines to the oven. I’m so glad we used this company! They were an amazing blessing!!
Very professional and did a wonderful job cleaning my whole unit and doing a tune up on our a/c definitely would recommend to anyone!
I have been a customer since of Gorman Heating & Cooling since 2004. Chris is very friendly, knowledgeable, reliable and reasonable. Recently my furnace stopped working and we have very cold week. Chris responded immediately and informed me he will be at my house after his first repair call. Chris showed up around 10:00 am and fixed my furnace. Chris also sent me a text to follow up on my furnace. Also, the unit you installed AC&Furnace in 2008 they have been working so good only this issue happened recently. Chris, thank you so much for the great service you provided for 19 years

Chris is super knowledgeable and will find the best solution at the best price point for whatever repair you need. He always responds to us right away, which really helps when your AC goes out in the middle of a heatwave.
For the last few years I have used the seasonal maintenance that Chris offers. Every year he has had to come out on the hottest day or coldest day to repair my very old system. This year I knew it was time to purchase a new system. He is super easy to work with and gets the job done. He will bend over backwards to complete the work. He is local and hard working. Highly recommend.
Came out the very next day we reported water heater issues and a leak. Did a great job, cleaned up everything and hauled it away, gave us a good price and warrantied his work. Chris is a great HVAC expert to have on your side!
I have had Gorman's Heating and Cooling out to my place at least 4 times since buying my house 6 years ago. They are extremely professional and actually know what they are doing. I have had them fix my furnace, my AC, and put in a new water heater! Chris always gets back to me the same day and fixes the problem the right way, the first time. This isn't some handy man with a pickup. Chris is a true professional and had a work van full of the most common parts. Other companies always seem to have to run to the store for more supplies, chris just steps out to his van and is back to work in minutes. Always a fair price and he is great about answering questions even after the work is done.

I highly recommend Gorman's Heating and Cooling LLC in Kansas City. Chris evaluated my broken (and undersized) HVAC and made a recommendation on a new unit that would heat and cool my home better and more efficiently. It has been running for about 8 years no with no issues. Chris also provides annual maintenance services to keep the system performing as it should.
