We were referred by our previous HVAC guy who recently retired. Donald Goodpaster was able to work us into his busy schedule on short notice. He was extremely professional, polite and did a great job in repairing our furnace. Highly recommend!

We’ve had numerous Heating/air issues since purchasing our home last fall. Donald has worked with our warranty company, been very accommodating with us and done an EXCELLENT job! He is very thorough, explains in great detail everything that needs to be worked on, the parts, prices, etc. My husband and I HIGHLY recommend him! These guys are awesome! The contractor that my home warranty company originally set me up with never showed. He made several excuses and didn't show up for 2 weeks straight. I finally fought with the warranty company to try someone else and to my pleasant surprise Goopaster's Mechanical called me and showed up the next day. Mr. Donald was professional and fought tooth and nail to get the AC unit replaced. I know that the warranty company was trying to put a band aid on the problem so it would be the cheapest fix. Goodpaster's, after about a week of back and forth got the approval the do the replacement. I am very grateful for the kindness and genuine caring that I got from them and they will have my business for anything HVAC going forward.

Had the privilege in meeting Donald tonight. He recognized and fixed a noisy air vent I had above my dinner table. If you need a real professional, hard working, and just an overall great person to get to know..then Donald is your man. I highly highly recommend him.
Donald came to fix an issue with our furnace. He did great work, explained what and why he was doing things and made sure everything was finished before he left. He didn't even wake the baby :)
